SCAM. I worked here. They will not show up and then tell you their driver crashed which is never true. They just take in as many work orders as they can and rush their workers so that’s why the work is done crappy. They record all their work orders on index cards which is highly unprofessional then will save your number and call you repeatedly to try and solicit some other service to you. I left after one day because I didn’t want to be associated with such a scam company. Its beyond ridiculous.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Disappointed in the quality of their work. They call my home and cell phone constantly for business that I will not give them or recommend them to any one. I have told them on many occassions to stop calling.

I originally gave them a 1 star. After several attempts to reach them through their customer service department who only kept saying we need to call back and speak to somebody between the hours of three and 5pm a new individual was sent to complete the job at our home. This individual did complete the job. Glad they honored their work but not happy that I had to get aggravated before I got any results. Not sure that I would recommend to others.

If I could give a zero star I would.
They ruined my carpets. The wall to wall carpets were pulled up and now I have big lumps in my carpets.
I called and spoke to the manager (could’ve been the owner) when I told him what happened, he said that they can tighten the carpets for a fee of 169. When I told him HE ruined them so HE should do it for free, he said he is declining to talk to me and slammed the phone down.
I was shocked and called back and a lady picked up and said we are declining to take your calls and hung up.
Bottom line, they soaked my carpets, and they ruined them by lifting them up.

Stay away. They told me they would be at my house from 8−10am they never showed. I called the office and got a lady Ann. She said customer service opens at three. When I called back I was told they’ll be here the next day between 8−10am again. One guy showed up at 11:15 didn’t start work until 1pm. This is a one day job, a few small rooms by 4:00 he dindnt finish one. I called the office to talk to the owner and was told he is home and doesn’t take calls. When he’s home he’s home. Job never got done.

Listen, I can rant for 1000 words about the specifics of my experience but the long and short of it is, I made an appointment with them and the cleaner was a NO SHOW. When I called I was told that someone called me the morning of my appt to ask if there was assigned parking for my building (I didnt have a missed call or message). They require assigned parking in order to service my area. I wasn’t told this prior and it left me in a lurch. UNRELIABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. DISHONEST.

Worst carpet cleaning ever, stupid joke, don’t ever use them. Called customer service for dissatisfaction, the rude manager refused to do anything, saying tje technician had done their work and that was it. Regretted to pay this bastard company.

«At Your Service» what a joke. As upcoming purchasers of a new house, we asked the estimator to wait until we arrived as to not inconvenience the seller. The estimator arrived early (thus inconveniencing the seller) and took off as we were pulling up. He did not properly measure or quote the job requested.
A follow-​up call to the office went un-​returned.
«At Your Service» refused to give an estimate without going back to the house and further inconvenience the seller. They should be able to quote based on the total number of square feet given.
This is not «service.» They will not be getting our business.
