I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service provided to me by the Edible Arrangements in Hicksville. The Representative was rude and uncooperative with my request for a simple delivery refund due to the fact that I placed an order on 2⁄2 at 1:26 pm to be delivered same day. It was a Sympathy arrangement that needed to be there on that day. It was not delivered and I followed first thing today, explaining the urgency that it should be delivered first thing today. I was told they did not get my order until the next morning. I told them I had confirmation via email of date and time I placed order. I asked for them to contact the driver to request first thing delivery. I was told they contacted driver but can not guarantee anything. I asked for my delivery charge to be refunded to me due to the fact that it was not delivered on time. They refused. Various representatives called me because I was very upset and gave me different stories and answers. They told me the owners called customers letting them know they were closing early but I was not notified. I was also told that they are not refunding me my money or the delivery charge. The saying The customer is always right does not apply to this facility. They are insensitive, rude and obnoxious. I asked for an owner to call me. I hope they could resolve this issue because they have poor customer service team.
