The barbershop wasn’t honest with me the he was charging me $ 14.00 while the menu posted $ 12.00 and up. I told the barber that it was $ 12.00, not $ 14.00. He lied to me that $ 12.00 are for the kids and the menu posted $ 7.00 for the kids. He seems to confused me about the $ 12.00 and up for the haircut. I told him that I just want the haircut. He seems to rip off the customer and that’s bad business. Therefore I left and that’s the barbers loss for bad mouthing me. I also think that the barber is stupid, loser and a bad reputation. Bad Service! If the barber continues to do the same thing, business should be shit down for good.

Never going back! Marcella ruined my mom’s hair. Went there early morning and she didn’t ask my mom if she wanted her hair washed, she had her sit and just started giving my mom a very uneven ugly bangs and layers. I had thought she was good because I had gone to Marcella for highlights twice but she disappointed me. She didn’t treat and care for my mom’s hair, I could have done a better hair cut work than what she did. I’m done with Marcella and Lemon tree. Sometimes, you get what you pay for!!! Trust your instincts and make sure you research about the place. It was a nightmare … Marcella, you disappointed me!!!

I have long hair and I rarely ever trust anyone with my hair. I’ve had some bad experiences with hairdressers getting scissor happy. I tend to trim my own hair from time to time so I basically only go to a salon if I need something a little more complicated that I can’t do on my own. My hair was cut in layers framing my face and all I basically wanted them to do was to duplicate the way it was before since it was all starting to grow out and I didn’t want to screw it up. I made the appointment and I noticed there were some coupons online and figured hey why not. They always charge me extra for having long hair so I figured the extra savings would negate the additional charge at the very least. Don’t ever go to this place with a coupon! They immediately start catching an attitude. The lady who cut my hair was so pissed that I wanted to use a coupon that she slammed the register shut and was muttering to herself under her breath and walked away from me just as I was trying to hand her a tip. The coupon also states at the bottom«Present coupon prior to payment». She told me that I was supposed to present it at time of service but clearly that’s not what the coupon says. All that tells me is if I had shown her the coupon as she was doing my hair she would have done an even shittier job. I showed her exactly where I wanted it cut and somehow it still didn’t turn out the way I wanted it. Aside from this I came here once before for a blow dry and style and the hairdresser was literally talking shit about me to another hairdresser not realizing that I spoke Spanish. Not very smart, especially since Spanish is taught in schools and so many people speak it these days. I didn’t say anything because of course I did not want her to mess up my hair but I did make sure to take it out of her tip; meaning she didn’t get one. Lesson learned, don’t go to a low budget hair salon even to get something simple done. Next time I will spend the few extra dollars to get it done properly and without a hairdresser that has an attitude problem.

WORSTHAIRCUTOFMYLIFE. All I asked for was bangs that hit the top of my glasses and what I got was 1.5 inches above that point, aka the middle of my already small forehead. I literally stared in shock for a minute, trying to understand how she could have ruined my life with one swipe of her scissors. When I asked why the stylist(the salon manager) stopped at the MIDDLE of my forehead, I was told«Oh it’s high because I blew it out.» So I took my bangs and held them straight down and said, «LOOK, this still ends almost an inch higher than I asked for.» And the entire time, I was getting the ‘how dare you not like what I’ve done’ look. The entire cut was very rushed although there wasn’t anyone else waiting in the salon. Never going back. Now I have to live with my hair pulled back for however long it takes my hair to grow out. I’m attaching a picture of the bangs that I had showed her and asked her to give me as well as my bangs. The pictures pretty much speak for themselves. EDIT: Unilocal removed my picture. Not sure why since other salons have plenty of after photos taken in salon and at home? What’s up with that?
