McDonald’s

Stopped here for a coffee. They do not add cream or sugar. McDonald’s coffee is usually made to order, but apparently not at this McDonald’s. Oh, and the coffee was old/​burnt… I’d recommend going to Tim Horton’s across the street.

I hate this place!!! As soon as you pull up they tell you to wait and then every time you say hello to see if their still there they tell you to wait again. WORST McDonalds I have ever been to.

At first pass I was going to give this one star. Today we waited in the drive through for 15 minutes while someone got our order… Then they forgot about us and we had to go in to get our food. My quarter pounder was cold with a stale bun. However, after a call to manager Lenora Fields, an offer was made to remake my meal when I came by again a few hours later. When I arrived she threw in a free mc flurry for my trouble. On a plus side, the décor inside of this McDonald’s is very pleasant with comfy café style seating and free wifi.

The wait is too long for a McDonalds. Serves not too nice although they do tend to get the drinks correct, but not much else.

if you go here, go for the drama — not the food; because after you order you will be waiting for a while. the level of service at this location leaves one wondering how so many people could be inside a building and be doing nothing.
ever order a cheese burger and the cheese is cold and not melted? that means the burger itself was cold when the cheese was applied cold too. this is what you’ll get if you order a cheese burger here, always.
sadly this place has degenerated since it was built from the ground only a few years ago. better to swallow hard and drive a few miles down the road to either the woodward and seven mile shop or go to the one on woodward and willis.
No one who works here knows the word Thank You and not even the drivethrough can hand you a soda in under 5 minutes. now that’s sad.
