Jackson Towing & Recovery

Had an alternator go out on the interstate coming back from vacation and just so happened to coast (literally) into highland springs across from an advanced auto parts. Since I suspected the alternator as the issue I asked if they had one in stock and also if they knew of anyone who could install it on a Sunday. They suggested I give Jackson a call. They were available and confirmed that they could install it for me. After having AAA tow me to Jackson’s, Bill the mechanic installed the alternator right in the parking lot (with the help of several colleagues who pitched in). It was no small task given the limited space of my civic and the inability to get the car on the lift. When it was done the car worked great and they charged me an unbelievably fair price for the labor. I am very thankful for their help, and on a Sunday no less! From my experience they are as hard-​working and honest as they come.
