Applebee’s

Lunch was very nice Tamethya and I enjoyed each other company. Kyaina just chilled. Our waitress was very prompt and polite. We ordered the the chicken wontons, 2 small Caesar salads, half rack ribs, sweet potato fries, crispy red bacon cheddar potatoes and sweet tea. It was quite peaceful.

Disappointed with the whole experience. Food wasn’t very good. Drinks were cheep and poorly made. No plans to come back to this location.

I’ve only been here once. The facility is nice. The ambiance is typical of an Applebees restaurant. We sat at the bar. The bartender was kind, friendly, and attentive. We asked if the tortilla soup was grain free without the tortilla strips. It’s a question that trips up most people in any circumstance… most people think gluten free and wheat but don’t understand that corn, rice, barley, etc are also grains. She asked if we could give her a minute to go ask… great answer! thanks! wait… she actually cares? wow. She came back and apologized that she couldn’t get a difinitive answer, but still… thanks for trying! (I’d be willing to bet that Applebees soups are made off site and delivered, probably frozen… to ensure consistency across the nation… heck we ended up in an Applebees in Los Cabos, Mexico! so understandable… idk if it’s thickened with flour or not…) the point here is that she went and asked and tried and acted like she cared… she even came back again and said that she had checked their gluten free menu and it was NOT listed there… that could be because of the tortilla strips, who knows. she tried. Anyways, try the pretzel sticks if you’re not grain or gluten free… they didn’t look like the picture, but they were delicious! so was the beer cheese sauce.

Stopped in at this location for the first time. Not crowded but that’s ok, tried their «New» pork hog wild sandwich and my wife tried their also new American burger. Both were so so, not bad but also not good. I have had Applebee’s in the past that was just the opposite, really good. I’m not sure if it was this location or the New sandwiches. Won’t try this again.

I was on my lunch and had a limited amount of time. I was seated immediately at a table near the bar with a menu which tells me I will be served by a waiter or a waitress… Wrong! I waited around for about 15 minutes before the bar tender asked me if I was hungry and then told me I could just tell her my order from where I was sitting… Very frustrating.

My family and I just left this location and it was TERRIBLE. We had the drink menu on our table and when our waitress brought us our drinks she THREW it across the table to make way for the drinks. The food was decent. I had a veggie burger… But when it came out, it was just a pattie and bread… No pickles, onion or lettuce… Wtf??! I have to ask to get these burger essentials? Seriously? When she was filling up our glasses, she put water in my boyfriends sprite glass… The food took forever and so did our bill. Terrible.

Horrible. First time doing carside to go here. Steven with glasses was rude. He made a smart-​A comment because we weren’t parked ONE spot over then forgot our drinks AND plasticware — EVEN THOUGH HE ASKED IF WE WANTED PLASTICWARE! Steak was tough, veggies were cold & loaded mashed potatoes had big chunks like they didn’t even try to halfway mash them. Never again…

That food was good but that was about it. I felt like I was in a bar instead of a family restaurant on a week night. The music was way too loud. It was to the point that my husband turned off his hearing aids. Of course then we couldn’t have a conversation without yelling. Forget about getting offered refills on drinks. Put your empty coffee cup at the edge of the table and instead of being offered a refill they take the cup away! Not sure we will be back which is a shame because the food was good.

Well to start the glass my wife was given for her wine still had lipstick on it from the last patron. After we were given a clean glass we were informed that our dinner order could not be completed because they did not have enough chicken wings. Really, you advertise all you can eat chicken wings and then not have them to serve. Needless to say what we were served was not very good. Shameful since we were there to celebrate my birthday. Wishing you all the best for 2015 Applebee’s. You need it.

We use to go here after church every Sunday, but the the service has been horrible recently. The last time we went, we left after no one came to our table after waiting for over 5 minutes. No hello, be right with you, nothing. And the couple at the table next to us was waiting to pay from the time we sat dawn until we gave up and left. Avoid.

My god… Don’t go here. Don’t.do.it. Went with a party of 6, I was the only person who didn’t get my food with everyone else’s. (They forgot) No sorry. My sister ordered a burger with pepper jack cheese, her food came with cheddar cheese on a separate plate. (Not melted). We also ordered appetizers at 7, and didn’t receive them till 7:40, once again no apology. We are super easy to please but it was comically bad! All the servers were flustered and running around serving numerous tables at once. Management must suck here.

Had a good experience here on a weeknight. My wife and I went in for some the 550 calorie meals, and were quickly seated and served. The service was quick and curt, and the food decent for the price. I was surprised to see a full bar on weeknight, which looked like several regulars.

I’ve been to this Applebees location several times, and i have to say I’m just not that impressed with it. The food here is nothing but mediocre, almost laughable at times. I’ve had food that’s been overcooked, drowned in grease, and food that’s just plain bad. I went here just the other night and the chicken tenders were so small and pathetic you would’ve thought they were from the kids menu. Also another thing that’s wrong with this location is it’s slow. I’ve been in here when there’s like no one there and it takes forever to bee waited on and served. Now, overall I enjoy Applebees it’s actually one of the few chain restaurants I enjoy going to. However, as far as this location goes it’s just better to skip it.

My friend and I pop into this applebees on occasion, not for the great food or service, but simply for the fact that we live in a dry town and applebees stays open later than most. Usually when we go we have a particular male server who is extremely attentive and aggressively friendly. Although at times it can get a little intrusive, as my friend and I are there to conserve and catch up with each other and not the server, I would much rather prefer this kind of service as opposed to inattentive rude service which I received from a female server on another occasion. The female waitress was very chatty with a table that was in front of us and when we asked her for water, she completely ignored us and went back to talking with the other table. Additionally, when I asked her if she would keep my plate on the table because I like to munch, my friend sitting across from me said she rolled her eyes at me. I understand that it was late, and I can relate to being tired from work with dealing with people… but that is simply unacceptable in my opinion. For a place with extremely subpar food, the one thing they had going for them was decent service, so they should be mindful of that. I would only recommend this place if you are looking for decently priced drinks– but even then… they aren’t that great tasting.

Great service from Ashley! It is nice to have a server who actually cares about their job. The food was ok, my fish and chips was greasy and over fried, my wife’s shrimp pasta dish was good.
Big disappointment was that they serve Pepsi products.
