We had a slab leak suddenly appear yesterday afternoon. After hours of researching and reading reviews, I called C & W Plumbing and they scheduled us for the first appointment this morning.
Two very capable people arrived on time (with their booties on) and got right to work. They were definitely the right choice with specialized equipment and expertise that my regular plumber wouldn’t have had. They pulled up a significant chunk of carpet and confirmed that it was a slab leak, went outside to work around and under the foundation for well over an hour, but were unable to pinpoint the exact leak location (it had been blocked by some dirt or mud). They replaced the carpet neatly, then patiently and clearly walked us through probable causes and the alternatives for when it surfaced again. Very knowledgable and would highly recommend to others.
