First time in for take out recently and we will not be back. Had to wait forever(at least 20 minutes) to get the food and they were not busy. Sandwiches were skimpy and definitely NOT worth the money. Soup was decent, but not really warm. I would gladly hit Jason’s deli– much bigger portions and better tasting.

Came here for dinner. Left hoping our take out order was safe to eat. The place was dirty, food and debris on the floor, tables, and countertops. Workers were standing around talking carelessly with obvious clean up work that needed done. Looks like a bunch of high school or early college kids running the place. Don’t think we’ll be back… Update– I received a no excuses apology today and feel they have made this situation right. I appreciate the way they handled this!!!

Done with this restaurant. The service has been slipping for a while and it hit my rock bottom today. Ordered a small salad and half a sandwich. 20 minutes later, still no food. They couldn’t find my order. Reordered. Both items came out wrong. They corrected half of the order so only ate half of what I paid for. When I tried to speak to the manager on duty who was either a high school kud or barely in college, he stammered out an apology but didn’t offer to make it right. Customer service fail. There are a Corner Bakery, LA Madeleine, Panera and Jason’s Deli all within a mile or two. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

I hate to be «that» grumpy customer but the lunch situation here is not impressive. Lunch crowds formed indistinguishable lines with absolutely no order or any direction from the cashiers with customers cutting in line here and there. The cashiers were extremely slow and flustered. We ordered our food with mutters of another grumpy hungry customer commenting about how wide our order was(there were three of us! We each ordered one thing). Our food came out quickly. I got the pick two with the McAlister’s club which was mostly bread, along with the chopped salad. I asked for a side of honey mustard and they brought a whole bottle of regular mustard with my food, on my plate. touching my sandwich! I wonder how many people have touched that mustard bottle. To sum it up, the service was fair and food unforgettable especially for the price. Not the freshness and flavor you would expect from a deli.

I ate here yesterday for my first time. It’s a «Panera Bread, Corner Bakery» style restaurant where you walk in, place your order at the counter, and they give you a plastic number to put on the table. Service and timing were good. I ordered a bacon and cheese spud(potato). When it showed up, it looked like the biggest potato I’ve ever seen, but it was actually two whole baked potatoes cut in half and placed next to each other. I wish I had taken a picture. It tasted good, but in my opinion, nobody needs two whole potatoes in one meal for any reason. My mom did not care for her cup of vegetable soup that was a light vegetable broth filled with mostly unidentifiable overcooked vegetables and grains.

The service was great. It’s Sunday after church and the place is packed. The line moved quickly and our food came out very fast. Finding a seat was easy because they cleaned tables immediately when they became available. The food was just ok. It’s basic deli fare. I got the Half Salad Half Sandwich combo. The bread on my club was barely toasted. No color at all on the toast. There was very little meat on it. each half had a tiny chip of bacon under the lettuce and tomato. Imagine a piece of bacon the size of a sugar packet. Now cut that in halls and put one piece on each half of your sandwich. The ingredients were fresh and it tasted good though.

Bomb service. At this location the staff actually pay attention to you, and the status of your drink; haven’t seen that at other locations. Great food too! Never had a bad meal at ANY location.

waited almost an hour for a half of a sandwich and salad. Noticed a carry out bag sitting on the counter and approached the cashier who realized it was mine and gave it to me. Won’t go back on my lunch break again.

I just ordered a club sandwich with a side of fruit from their take-away service. The bread was soggy and not toasted, the cheese had the texture of processed Kraft singles, the meat was Oscar Mayer-grade, and the fruit was basically rancid. Overall, a pretty terrible deal at any price, but an exceptionally bad deal at $ 8. This isn’t the first time a McAlister’s location has underwhelmed me, but I’m going to make sure it’s the last.

Great service and decent prices. Nothing too exciting, but I would go back. I think the coolest thing about this place was the local HS sports teams decorations. Brought a lot of local«feel» to the place.

This is my first time in McA’s Deli. Had the horseradish roast beef sandwich. Holy cannoli, it was really good. Definitely will RTE to try more of their sandwiches.
