I love this place when I’m craving Asian food! I always get the honey seared chicken over noodles or teriyaki chicken over noodles and it always comes out fresh and hot. Never once had a bad experience here!

Atmosphere is good. Lighting is great for setting a dinner time mood. I was pleased with the service and my food came out in superb time. All these factors and yet I still had a negative experience. I ordered the pad Thai and it was a joke! I’m not saying it was horrible but let’s just say don’t order pad Thai at a non-​Thai restaurant. The tables were dirty and the waiters were annoying. I will come back and try it again though because I have faith it can improve.

Well, I am visiting Texas from Los Angeles, so I am a bit of a food snob. LA has some of the best food in the country. My friend brought me to this place the night we arrived and told me they were affiliated with PF Changs.
After trying to eat (unsuccessfully) the food, I am not a fan. At all. This food is worse than Panda Express if you are familiar with that. Gross greasy fast food that doesn’t even taste good. Way too much sauce on the meat that it was like sweet syrupy meat.
The restaurant itself looked nice (we took food out) however I couldn’t do it again regardless of how hungry I am.
Go elsewhere.

My wife and I are PF Chang’s fans, but Pei Wei is a lot closer, so once in awhile, I’ll show up for a fast fix. The food is good, the service is minimal, and the price is fair. Not my fave, but it works in a pinch.

Aww they don’t have my curry anymore with there updated menu :(but I have come to love the lo mein… And the sushi is good as well. Dissapointed with no curry I will have to drop one star but happy I was able to find something else I love

Would easily be a 5-​star rating if they could tell the difference between chicken and steak. Food is flavorful but on last two occasions they have got my order wrong…

Half an hour before closing they ran out of white rice. The noodles had no flavor unless you mixed it all together. We get more caramel chicken when we ordered take out. Not a place for a late dinner.

Was looking for quick bite to eat with daughter on a trip to store. Great honey glazed chicken and brown rice for under 10 bucks. Sat at counter she loved watching them cook. I imagine as with any franchise they can get busy but when we were there we had great food and service.

I get to go from pei wei atleast once a month. I order the teriyaki tofu. Sometime just tofu, or with vegetables, with out onions. They always accommodate my request. On occasion if something went wrong they fixed with no problems. Don’t forget to sign up for there emails sometimes you get bogo free coupons.

The appetizers were ok, but our egg rolls were saturated in grease. The main courses didn’t have any flavor and we had to pour on the soy sauce to eat them. Not impressed at all with the food. I am not sure if PF Chang’s own them but this was not very good.

I took the family here last night. It sure isn’t what it used to be. They used to have plates and nice napkins on the tables. Now the plates are stacked and you have to get them. The napkins are cheap café napkins. Looks like they are trying to save money.
The service was not good. And the food, which has aways been good, was just fair.
Worse of all my granddaughter and I got food poisoning. I’m still having trouble this morning. Personally, this was the last visit. I don’t ever intend to eat here again.
It’s sad, they were good at one time.

Very serviceable. I fed my family of 5 for $ 40. You get what you pay for here — nothing fancy but good enough for a quick dinner. The food is average, stick to the basics. They seem staffed about right but the manager seems a little overwhelmed when I asked a simple question.
It’s a little on the dirty side — doesn’t look to be professionally cleaned and cared for by management.
There’s better Chinese in HV, but this will do for a quick dinner with the kids.

The foods pretty decent for the most part but I do have to say if you have a sick worker dont let him work at the front handing credits cards back and forth. The gentleman at the front that took the order with bandages on his hand decided to sneak in our direction and ended up getting the girl and I a little down under the weather a day or so later. The food though comes out within about 10 – 15 min after ordering.

This food tasted awful. I had shrimp sesame which was a thick, sickly sweet brown sauce, a few vegetables, tiny micro shrimps entombed in a chewy breading, sticky undercooked brown rice.
The Sapporo beer was nice and cold, but the chilled glass had several lip gloss smudges so I drank from the bottle.
The server was a high school kid who could not articulate his menu descriptions when asked, and even though the place was dead but staffed with four cooks, our food took a long time.
I will never return.

Took my son for a quick lunch, got to the register, ordered, went to pay and realized I didn’t have my wallet. Went to my car searched frantically and it wasn’t there. I went back in to cancel my order and run home when Emily, the manager proceeded to tell me that it was on her. I tried to argue that I would go home and come back but she said she had already handled it. I was completely embarrassed but grateful. It’s not always about the food, but the accommodating staff. Thank you Emily!

I have never been so disappointed than I am eating here. I will never eat here ever. First I want to say that I am vegan. I online ordered the new veggie wok salad. Brought it home and it had chicken! I am not about to eat lettuce that costs over $ 7. I called corp and she was sorry about what had happened. She sent gift cards. So we ordered again. I got the teriyaki with the vegetables. I asked for no rice and extra veggies. What a joke. I bet there was no more than half a cup. For the price of over $ 6. It was swimming in the teriyaki. In the past they would add so much onion you had to pick them out because they were so strong.

I’ve been to Pei Wei only once before and remembered why as soon as I took my first bite. We wouldn’t have gone at all if it weren’t for the gift card my wife was given. Anyway, we were able to get in and place our order within only about 5 minutes on a Saturday night. I was expecting a pretty big crowd, but it was pretty empty. The particular variation of beef I ordered was swimming in sauce which for some reason had a extremely licorice taste to it that was quite off-​putting. This was nestled next to a mound of rice that, judging by the hard exterior, had been sitting around for quite some time. If you find yourself in this area of Highland Village/​Flower Mound, don’t bother. There are much better options nearby that are just as inexpensive, but taste way better.

Food: We eat here about twice a month, usually the steak and chicken teriyaki bowl with noodles and extra veggies. Always piping hot and delish. The crab wontons are also Yummy. The big chocolate chip cookies are a gooey, wonderful treat.
