Nice variety of pastas, salad & pizzas. Very good crust, delicious sausage. Excellent homemade salad dressings. Reasonably priced buffet. Friendly wait staff.

The salad part of the salad bar is good. The ranch is very tasty. The pizza is good but quite greasy. The pasta is downright terrible though. It’s mushy and I’ve had better from a TV dinner. This would be a cool little place to go for a lunch buffet if the pasta wasn’t so horrid.

We went to DiMaggios for the first time recently. It was a Saturday night. My husband and I both had the pizza buffet. I tried the pepperoni, mushroom, and buffalo chicken pizza. All the pizza was delicious! Hot, cheesy, slightly sweet sauce, and overall delicious. My husband tried the Italian sausage as well which he loved. He also tried the wings and fettuccine Alfredo and was impressed with both. The garlic bread was also really good! Lots of selections on the buffet and everything tasted fresh, not like it had been sitting. Our waitress was friendly and recommended a sweet red wine which was really good, I had to order two glasses! The owner, Joe, also came out and chatted with us to make sure we were happy with everything. Everyone was very nice and left A great impression especially since it was our first time. We’ll definitely be back!

Pretty good pizza with a good buffet. I will definitely eat there again. Staff is always friendly and the place is kept clean. Parking can be a little rough but it’s worth it.

Those boys make an awesome pizza! The buffet doesn’t do then justice. If you have the time, check out their Chicago deep dish pizza. It takes 40 minutes to cook, but totally worth it. We also really love the calzones!

I like to come in for their lunch buffet every now and then. Place never lets me down. Pizza selection is always good, as well as their other buffet offerings. My only complaint is that local beverage Ski is only available in bottle form! Oh well, can’t have it all I guess… but I’ll always come here while its still good

A nice pizza buffet. Soda comes with the buffet so getting water will not be any cheaper than getting any other drink. Nice salad bar. They have ravioli and pasta’s included in the buffet which is nice. Only knock is there isn’t much room to walk through and with one waitress it takes a while to get drinks refilled…

Best pizza in the county! Love it! My wife and I are HUGE pizza lovers and we go out of our way(25 min one way) just to get their pizza.

Seriously the best tasting pizza in town. Pizza stays on the crust which is always a good thing.(Some places in town have issues with that.) Dinner buffet 6 nights a week, what more could you ask for? Always a good selection too. If you’re a calzone person like I am they have the best I’ve ever had by far. Best boneless wings in town as well. Always good service no matter how packed they they are. Owners are two of the friendliest people let alone businessmen in all of Highland.

The sauce is WAY too sweet for me. However, I do like the spicy tomato sauce pasta on the buffet during lunch. The salad bar is quite lacking, though, and difficult to maneuver with the way it is arranged. It’s very inefficient, and there’s always a backup in the line there. I prefer Sam’s Pizza by far!

Without a doubt the best pizza in Highland. Generous tasty toppings on a crispy thin crust with a nice sauce that had a hint of sweetness. I’ve been eating their pizza for 7 years and their pizza is truly delicious. The service is fast and very friendly and they have a great lunch buffet that they upgrade to a dinner buffet on Saturday nights. John and I love their Gusto Mia pizza and highly recommend it – big chunks of every kind of meat – sausage, pepperoni, bacon, ham under a thick blanket of mozzarella – none of that provel gunge is served here! Definitely worth the trip and a steal for the price!

The lunch buffet here is pretty solid. It had good wings and toasted ravioli along side the pizza.

I’m giving it 5 stars. Only place I know of downstate that you can get a true Chicago style pizza. Wait staff is always super nice and I think most of them are family.

Most the topping tasted fresh and great but the under cooked crust was a deal breaker.

The food here is some of the best Italian, if not THE best, I’ve ever had. I’d give the food five stars, easily. The pizza sauce is tangy and sweet, and all of the appetizers and pastas I’ve had there have been incredible. The ambiance inside the restaurant is fun, too, very cool and old school. The bathrooms are clean, and the prices are perfectly reasonable for the awesome food you get. The attitude toward customers, however, gets zero stars. I think the two stars I’m giving is exceedingly generous. Every single time we’ve called in an order to this place, without fail, we get«DiMaggios!» snarled at us into the phone. One word. Nothing else. No «Thank you for calling DiMaggios, can I help you?» or mention of any specials they might be running or anything civil like that. Once, when our order was messed up, the staff actually fought with my spouse and argued that the mess up was somehow OUR fault.(It wasn’t. Going back to the rude abruptness given those who call in an order, the person taking our order couldn’t be bothered to repeat our order back to us for accuracy.) Maybe it’s just to go orders. In person, the waitstaff we’ve encountered are super friendly, but if you call something in, brace yourself. You’re going to feel like you’re the world’s biggest, most annoying burden for trying to order a pizza rather than what you probably really are: an individual or family trying to support local business by choosing this place and it’s great food over a chain store.

This was a nice little Italian place. We went with my in-laws and a couple of friends for an early dinner. The food was good, but nothing too memorable. The prices were pretty decent. Large Super Deluxe Pizza — $ 15: Pretty good. The crust seems pre-prepared, like the frozen kind from the grocery store. Toppings were good, not skimpy. Pasta Trio Plate — $ 12: Alfredo, Lasagna, and Cannelloni. The Alfredo sauce tasted like a can of Prego. The lasagna was OK, and the cannelloni wasn’t stuffed with anything. None of the pasta was cooked all the way. Crispy Garlic Bread — Nothing Special, crispy, but not a lot of flavor Cheese Bread — again, nothing special. The accompanying sauce was runny, with not much flavor. Big Salad — OK. The«house» dressing had a good garlic flavor, but was incredibly runny. The side salads came on a plate instead of a bowl, which makes it harder to stir in the dressing. Salads should come in bowls!

Yum, yum, yum! Had this for the 1st time last night and was very impressed. Crisp crust, sweet sauce… will definitely be going back. Décor leaves a lot to be desired, but the food makes up for it. One tip, make sure the servers see you«seat yourself», otherwise you’ll be left waiting for menus for a while.
