Enterprise employees are very friendly and try to be accommodating, but they do not always have my car ready when I have reserved it. I even reserved one 2 weeks in advance this time, hoping it would help, but I had to wait an extra 45 minutes to get the car, from the time it was supposed to be ready. They should have more than one employee working on Mondays and Fridays to keep up with high volume of customers on those days.

Everything Teri D said is right. Should have looked on here before using this Enterprise. Made a reservation and called to make sure a car would be ready when I came. Nope. No car. No note that I called. Nothing. No solutions. Had to drive half an hr back home and get my other car which desperately needs new tires-why I tries to rent in the first place. Left me running late for all my appts today. DONOTUSETHISLOCATION!!!
