Do not bring your children here!
I’ll start with the staff /​service: Many of them either don’t speak English, or pretend not to so they don’t have to talk to you. If they do, they are very short and rude to both you and your kids. Many are also very unprofessional in their appearance/​attire. Lets just say that they don’t always appear as though they’re professionals that you’d leave your children with.
Scheduling: is clearly operated by a chimpanzee with a magic 8-​ball. When you go, expect to wait… There is always a TON of kids at one time lined up in the room where they do the cleaning. When you look through the window to see them (parents aren’t allowed to go back) they are all just sitting and nothing is happening. Our appointment was at 3:30, it was 4:35 when we were called back.
The only reason I score a 2, is that the place is clearly structured for little kids to help them not be afraid of the dentist. There is a playroom, it’s colorful, games, prize box at the end, etc…
There is plenty of better pediatric dentistry options in the area however that do not treat your family like garbage. Try one of those.

We will not be returning. This place is super ghetto. My appointment was at 2. I was there by 1:50. We were not seen for about an hour. The staff seems bored and unmotivated. My daughter is only a year and a half old, why would you schedule us just for us to wait that long? When you finally go back to the room you do more of waiting, they see your child in a line. There are other children in the room and waiting to be seen. I asked a nurse if it looked like my daughter was breaking out in an allergic reaction on her face and she told me she didnt know. While we had been waiting my daughter (for her very first time) climbed the play gym to go down the slide alone, she was afraid so she threw her socks down first to see how it went and the front desk lady immediatley came in and said something to me and told me to put my daughters socks on, I just hadn’t even had the 45 seconds to catch my tot and put them back on yet! I work in a nail salon and do pedicures ALL DAY of course I don’t want my daughters precious bare feet on your nasty play gym. We will not be returning. I am not a dumb mother thank you.
