After a dismal, terrible, «I will never buy an FCA vehicle again» experience over at Shuman’s service department, I absolutely dreaded what was in store for me when my Charger’s alternator decided to die on me. Szott was close to my house, so I had it towed there. The difference was like night and day. Dave seemed interested in what I was saying, and getting written up was simple. I mentioned that I was two months, 2,500 miles out of my original new car warranty, and asked if I should start making my plea to FCA. He suggested waiting it out. Imagine my surprise when I got a call saying that they had diagnosed the problem and also called FCA on my behalf. I was floored. A few days later, my car was fixed, and there were no nasty«oh, we also found your car needs this…» or «well, we didn’t include these fees» surprises. Even better(at least, relative to every experience I’ve had at Shuman), my car was actually fixed, and they didn’t break anything in the process of fixing it. My sales experience there wasn’t the greatest a few years ago(hence the purchase at Shuman), but the service experience I had a couple of days ago was probably the best I’ve ever had from any dealership.

horrible email management. i have requested over 20 separate instances over the past TWOYEARS to be removed from various email lists, yet the emails keep coming. never, ever subscribe to anything from this company. i never did(i live in texas!) and STILL can’t get myself removed. the feedback i’m posting now is a response to the latest email i received asking people to provide them feedback. now you have my feedback!
