Unethical Dealer Award… I have a 100000 mile extended warranty on my ford. Tri Ford ignored the warranty and charged me anyway. The service man dug through my glove box without permission, then lied about it and said I gave him permission. The old lady at the cashier’s desk was extremely rude, mean, and not a nice person at all. She refused to allow my wife to read the paperwork before signing it. She slammed the stapler on the counter as hard as she could, I guess to show how angry she can get. The general manager refused to help me in anyway. He also refused to give me the owner of Tri Fords phone number so I may contact her concerning they’re bad business behavior. There is way too many nice, considerate, kind, businesses that actually wants your business out there for people to have to deal with this type of bad business. So just to sum it up, if you dont buy your vehicle from them they will treat you like crap… Lesson learned…
