Love European Wax Center. I go and see Sandy every three weeks for my eyebrows and she’s amazing! The first couple times I went here I broke out around my brows, I figured out it was the calming cream, so I always ask her to skip that step at the end, and I’ve had no problems since! :-)

This was my first salon waxing experience (below the belt). I had done it at home a few times (I don’t recommend it). I went in for a full leg and bikini wax. I had Courtney as my wax specialist. She did a fantastic job! She made me feel so comfortable with the whole process, she was friendly and we had a great conversation during the appointment. The wax treatment itself was remarkably painless, the part the hurt the most were my ankles, and it was a momentary pain that lasted for maybe 2 whole seconds. Within a couple of hours of my appointment my legs had little to no redness, I was super happy to rock my new shorts to the mall that day. I am so happy that I gave this a try, I hate shaving anyways, like i really hate it.

This is by far the best wax I’ve ever had, by Jacki! She is amazing. Almost pain free and so fast. I think I was in and out of the building in 10 minutes. And they have great packages for multiple waxes. I can’t wait to go back.

The manager talks about the customers, I’ve seen her leave to the back to avoid certain clients, I hear gossip from the front desk. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. I came out from my service and very loudly got asked «would you like a package for a Brazilian? «like how emberessing is that with a whole room of people. I don’t want strangers to know I got my coochi waxed!
The waxing ladies are great though.

The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that I couldn’t bring Caitlin with me when I moved to California. She is amazing! I am super sensitive, so she always does the smallest strips (to prevent me from jumping off the table). The place is always super clean, and it is conveniently located. Plus, the parking is great.

Went here about a month ago with my daughter. It was her first wax experience. We both got brows and upper lip. The gal was very nice however i was put off that she did not use a magnified light to ensure she got all of the hair. I also did the bikini wax which i have done before at other salons… ummm just be prepared to show all your stuff, it was not very graceful as you are laying there fully nude from the bottom down no room for modesty.

I have by far had a amazing professional experience with all the ladies that work here. They are friendly, professional, and even nice enough to give me the same waxer when I asked to re-​booked for my Brazilian. I was in and out about my day doing what ever else i needed to get done within 10 – 15 mins each time and that is amazing in it self. I will be recommending them to my friends and family as well as returning for more waxing fun.

The location is very clean, and the staff was very helpful. I was most impressed by the fastest and least painful Brazilian wax experience I have ever had. I would give 5 stars if they hadn’t missed a spot on my leg, but I look forward to going back.

This is a great place. I pre-​purchased brows for the year and it was worth it. It ends up being cheaper in the long run. I see Jacki (based on reviews I read on here) and she’s great. I enjoy seeing her every few weeks to get my brows all pretty and hear some funny stories. Staff is great and open on the weekends.

I feel compelled to write a review, albeit negative, in the hopes of sparing other customers. I have had a lot of bikini waxes done, and I have lived in three major cities. This one at the Highlands Ranch location was by far the most painful wax I’ve ever had. I was left with little bleeding spots all over. Worse yet, by the next day I had developed a painful folliculitis as a result of the traumatic waxing. That’s never happened to me before. The only reason I gave them two stars is that the place did pay attention to cleanliness, which is important, and the staff were polite. Perhaps if I need my eyebrows done I would return, but never again for a Brazilian.

Robyn is great with all ages. I take my 13 year old in for her eyebrows and Robyn was wonderful with her. My daughter is even asking to go back.

Jacki is the lady to see at the Wax Center! I have never had such a great experience getting a Brazilian, which is really never a great experience ha! I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my waxing needs. Seriously, these ladies are the best!

This is my new location and thus far I have mixed feelings about my visits here. I’ve been like 3 or 4 times and typically do the eyebrow and lower leg services. I think my biggest annoyance is that the desk staff seemingly makes no effort to book me with the same person. Every time it’s someone new and I don’t expect that the person I see is working all the time but it would have been nice to have the same Esthetician at least twice by now especially when I’m booking exactly one month out.
The other thing is that my leg waxings have been pretty hit and miss with regard to actually getting all of the hair off. I don’t know what the problem is but I never had issues at the Corner Star location. Here I find that after getting waxed there are several residual hairs hanging around and growing out long before its time. I don’t have any complaints about my eyebrows for the time being.

i’m only giving 4 stars because today was my first visit, and i’m not 100% sold on all of their services (haven’t tried the bikini wax yet). i read from another Unilocaler that Dori was the person to trust with my eyebrows, and i have to say, she did an awesome and thorough job. she explained the EWC process (which i guess she has to) and recommended some EWC products, but was not pushy by any means. i normally go to Studio Urban Wax, which is THE SH*T, but also more pricey and a bit of a drive. i would definitely go see Dori again for eyebrows, and i may schedule a bikini wax in due time. all in all, this is a friendly, clean, affordable place. you should try it out.

Dori is the best! She is very proficient and professional. I don’t trust my eyebrows to anyone else!

I have had my eyebrows & lip waxed here 3 times. My first experience was great. She did a fantastic job and I appreciated that the eyebrow wax was free since it was my first visit. I did not hesitate to come bak a second time.
My second visit was not as pleasant & my eyebrows were slightly uneven. I thought it was an «off» day & returned for a third visit & this time brought my sister. I had talked it up to her & was excited to introduce her to, what I assumed would be, our «go to» salon for all of our waxing needs.
Unfortunately, our experience was awful. Both of us had our lips & eyebrows waxed. When it came time to pay, Angel at the front desk overcharged my sister’s card by $ 27. We brought it to her attention right away & were told that there was no one on site available to authorize a refund but that it could be refunded first thing the next morning. Long story short, it had been two full days and she has been strung along with several stories (manager had a family emergency… oh wait, actually it was her son’s birthday party… manager will be in Sunday… oh wait, manager will be in Monday… oh actually manager won’t be in until Tuesday) and my sister is still waiting for her refund.
Sadly, both my sister & I also noticed that her wax job was sub par. This place is awful. Would review with 0 stars if Unilocal allowed it.

A-​la-​carte wax menu makes it easy and inexpensive to get whatever it is that you need to be hairless waxed! They use a great four step process that is easy and relatively painless. Convenient location, plenty of close parking, and helpful happy people! Yep, I’ll be back!

I’ve probably been with every single esthetician in this salon and I have never had a bad experience. Every time I go in, I get a new girl, the possibilities are endless. European Wax Center is extremely reasonably priced, yet professional. No $ 60 Brazilians, or $ 30 eyebrows waxes. And the estheticians are all very skilled.
You don’t need an appointment, and they’re open late. Which is nice, especially if you work, you can go get waxed at 7 pm as a walk in. I’ve come in at 7:30, they always try to accommodate me (and have succeeded) even though they close at 8.
Each experience, the esthetician gets a print out of all the services you’ve had before, with dates. Maybe this is something they do at every salon. Maybe I’ve been to a lot of crappy salons… The women are very nice, make you feel comfortable, and NEVER push product on you. Suggestions are made when asked.
The only gripe I have with European Wax Center is that the service can be inconsistent. One girls eyebrow wax is not the same as another girls. Their technique can vary, and as a corporate venue I think it should all be uniform. Or else they should level their employees so the customer is aware of what kind of service they might receive. However, that might call for price hikes. So lets not do that. But the job always gets done, it just might be a bit more painful.
Anyways, yes, I would recommend this place a million times over to anyone.
