Food isn’t bad but service at 9:00pm is not very attentive. I’m surprised that a Red Robin this close to headquarters isn’t more on top of things. There used to be no wall by the kitchen so that you could see the cooks and servers in action. The wall seems to now be a hiding place for the servers.

Please rethink about coming to this Red Robin. No service, food took forever to get to the table, rude biker type waitress, cold food, hair in our grandsons cheese burger.

Love, love, love that kids are not allowed in the bar! Bravo, Red Robin! This is the reason we chose to dine here tonight. I wish other bar-grill-restaurants would adopt this policy.

If it wasn’t for the décor I would have thought I was eating at Carl’s Jr. The food quality was horrible. My cheeseburger tasted like it came from a drive through. Customer service was great. Good food first Red Robin.

My visit today was not that pleasant. The service was less than stellar and the fries were served cold. I do want to make note that the hostess was absolutely wonderful, but our waitress, not so much. She didn’t seem happy to be there and I could tell she was forcing herself to be pleasant. I will give the cooks credit for making our food so fast, but the fries were cold and hard. When the waitress dropped off our food she didn’t bother to ask if we needed anything else. It was more like here’s your food, I gotta go. As we were eating(both of us had hamburgers) we needed extra napkins, the 3 she left us were not sufficient. I stopped eating just because of how messy my hamburger had become. It took her a good while to come back around and check on us before I could ask for more napkins, which she took her time getting back to us. By that time my hamburger was cold and I didn’t even finish the rest of it. My son wanted to order dessert but she never came back around to ask if we needed anything, but she did check in with the table next to us to ask them if they wanted desert, but not us. What she seemed more concerned about was standing in the back by the kitchen complaining to other co-workers. It was blatantly obvious she had a chip on her shoulder with our table and didn’t want to be there at work. We felt very uncomfortable and not welcome there. We love Red Robin, but we will not be returning to this location again.

Came in for dinner right at 8pm. Seating on the patio, perfect night. Hoping for a good meal and pleasant evening. Unfortunately not. Horrible service! Took 15 min to get a drink order. Another 10 for it to arrive. Our only interaction with the server was, «you know what you want?» Someone else brought our meal. No check-in on how the meal was — which was mediocre at best. Now we want to get outta here and we can’t get the server to bring the check. Had to go in and give our credit card to get them to present a check. Another 5 min to get the credit slip. Seriously??? If you are going to suck this bad, why not just close at 8 and spare us all the bad experience! Red Robin going down hill.

Arrived on a sunday night at 9:10pm their hours of operation are until 10pm. I show up instant attitude from the bartender because I was there to an empty bar but 6 cocktail tables still there(the bartender doesn’t cater to these people). I order a tall budlight and ask for a menu. I wait 10 mins while the bartender washes dishes until a menu arrives then followed by a tall draft beer. I then proceed to order a fried chicken sandwich with buzzard sauce and no onions on it and a side of broccoli which should be endless but I’m not sure how that all works so I didnt really care. I wait about 10 mins which was fairly quick for my meal to arrive. I take my meal which was to go back to my hotel to open it up and find the following: a fried chicken sandwich with no buzzard sauce and onion on it no biggie and a side dish of broccoli that was about 2 pieces equivalent to about 2 forks of broccoli. My bill was 15.22 and I leave a $ 20 no attempt to ask for change or even given a receipt until I left. I have been to this establishment in the past(5 years ago) and it has always given me a bad taste in my mouth about red robins… red robin… yuck!!! I went in open minded for a 2nd chance and I will never ever go back again dont care what city or even I am given the food for free. They probably spit in my food because I showed up 50 mins before closing but at this point whatever I’m over it. Good luck if you decide to go there

I have eaten here several times and the food is pretty good for a fast food joint with chairs. The service was very good and the beer was cold. For somewhere to pick up a cheap good meal, I would recommend this place. Especially if you are on your way to the AMC movie theatre across the street!

Wanted a quick dinner with a toddler and a couple food choices since I didn’t know what I was in the mood for. Was promptly seated and greeted. Right off the bat we were introduced to their computer on the table thingy. Our server touted that with the push of a button, we could flag down a server. What happened to the server just checking in on us occasionally? We ordered drinks and a basket of fries to start. Never got the fries. Food came out, everything was fine, I wanted a ramekin of ranch. It took reminding my server three times. He checked on surrounding tables, but not us so much. He asked to remove my plate, I asked for another basket of fries and had to point out that my drink was dead. He brought my fries and told us how to pay using the computer. I had to ask about my drink and he quickly returned with it. I don’t want to interact with a computer to flag servers to ask for things. I guess somehow it streamlines their work, but come on. It’s a server’s job to pay attention and tend their tables. I can see its use as a quick pay method with melting toddlers and inattentive servers, but it’s pretty crappy that it’s a necessity. Even if I’d used it to flag our server to ask for ranch ramekins, I still think he would have forgotten my request. It was probably an off night for him, but it doesn’t change the fact that I dislike their service system.

We stopped in here for lunch today(11:30 am /7.22.15) as my 12 year old asked to go. It’s been years since I’ve hit Red Robin although as a native I grew up going to the original location on Hampden and Wads. Anyway, I had the Banzai Burger, my lovely girlfriend had the Original Cheeseburger and my daughter had Fish N’ Chips(not what I expected). Burgers tasted fine but mine had what I call«gristle» as I was spitting out oddities into my napkin throughout my meal. Fries were undercooked and sparse. A few happened to be crispy. Service however was pleasant. Anyway a few hours later my stomach was pretty upset and after talking with my partner she mentioned frequent unpleasant restroom visits the rest of the day. My daughter was fine. Who knows — could be our weak constitution. Definitely won’t be back to Red Robin. Thank God for Smashburger — they are always spot on for great food.

This Red Robin has been recently renovated, and it looks great. The environment is awesome, and the furnishings are very bright and modern. The service was very quick, and our waiter was very polite and energetic. The food was made quickly. We were in and out within an hour. However I felt rushed during the meal. They were skimpy on the bottomless fries. Our tray had 12 fries for the three of us, so we had to ask multiple times for refills.

I’ve been here many many times over the past decade or more and this place has been on a long downhill slide with the food quality. The staff is super friendly but if the food isn’t good it’s not worth your hard earned dollars. My wife and infant son were here about three weeks ago. I ordered one of their newer burger creations and it was terrible with a burned taste, even though the burger was ordered with«some pink». Fries were lukewarm and stale. At my wife’s insistence we tried them again yesterday along with my mother in law and my young son. I ordered something I have been ordering there for years, the chicken teriyaki ‘burger’. They weren’t especially busy but it took nearly 40 minutes for our food to come out when we had allocated maybe 1 hour at most for lunch… my sandwich had some kind of meat on it that was only vaguely recognizable as chicken(my mother in law asked how I liked my fish sandwich). In the past I’ve always gotten an actual recognizable chicken breast on my sandwich but this looks like it came out of a plastic pouch after being thawed out of a freezer. To top it off the onion rings I ordered were burned(and yet lukewarm/cold, figure that one out) and the sandwich was served on a clearly stale bun… All of that for $ 13 when I could have gone to any of the other numerous burger places within 5 minutes of Red Robin and gotten a better sandwich for $ 10. As much as I like the people here and as great as the«kid friendly» atmosphere is, we will not be dining here again.

This place has really gone down hill… the food was horrible! I remember the fries being so good many years ago, now they just taste like mushy cardboard. I was really disappointed and won’t be going back.

It’s a chain restaurant. The food tastes like it’s a chain restaurant. It’s oily and heavy with a lot of salt and little flavor. But you can take the family because they don’t cook the frozen patties under Medium Well and they have milkshakes.

I’ve hyped this place up in my head for the last 13yrs I’ve lived in Denver and I finally tried Red Robin for the first time. Verdict: It was okay. Definitely not as legendary as I thought it would be. I wish they would’ve had their squawking bird mascot walking around as I would’ve loved a picture with it.

Went there tonight and had to wait for a table but they weren’t even busy, and then was seated at a table when there was visibly open booths. Hostess said we would have to wait longer for a booth!!! Food and atmosphere was just ok… but our server was attentive for the most part. I don’t think I’ll be going back to that RR anytime soon.

I have had mixed experiences at this location. The most recent visit(9⁄9) included getting our order wrong and then charging us for a drink we didn’t order. Unfortunately I didn’t notice this until after my card was run so that turned into another 10 – 15 minutes of waiting for our waiter to have it re-run. The food itself has never been a problem, it has mostly been the service has been hit or miss. I am a big fan of the bottomless fries and their milkshakes.

Family burger joint that would get 4 stars for food, but the restaurant is going through a remodel and is OPEN for business. Kids like the food so we stayed, but the management’s total disregard for cleanliness really ruined my appetite. Exposed floor, ceiling, and walls is insane to stay open.

This is a review mainly about their take out service. I typically call in an order to eat at home since I have twin toddlers and let’s face it– trying to actually eat in a restaurant even if it is family friendly is a little hard. This location is on the ball– I really only get their salads but I’ve never had a bad burger here either. My kids love the pizza or the arctic cod crunchers– they are prompt, very attentive and my order has never been wrong. It’s my go-to fast meal when I can’t cook!
