My family have recently moved to Colorado and believe we might have struck it lucky first time out of the gate. Dr Zabel was able to confirm for my husband he didn’t have an abscess — instead she felt it was due to sinus issues(had lots of those since moving from Florida). We booked family check ups — unfortunately it can take a while if you have time/date restrictions, but the front desk remembered us a couple of weeks later when a cancellation came up on a regular day off for me. The initial appointment was lengthy but thorough. And I had a good idea from my last dentist what would soon be needed and Dr Zabel told me nothing crazy above and beyond that. They were able to address the first tooth the next week. I appreciated her comment ‘if she’s happy with her smile, then I’m happy’. Left me feeling that I wasn’t about to get the teeth whitening/veneers hard sell. The first actual dental work was long(it was a large filling to remove and a larger to put back in), but Dr Zabel and her staff were polite and courteous and made the procedure as comfortable as possible and followed up with a call a day later to make sure I was comfortable.
