Called these guys on a Sat to remove yard debris. They scheduled me for the next day & arrived on time. They were pleasant and did not complain about the prickly bush to be hauled away, They set to work and cleared it all out quickly and efficiently. Probably equal to 30 – 50 lawn & leaf bags! Even asked to use my rake so they could be more thorough. A few days later I received a handwritten thank you card! And they wished me luck on my move which tells me they listened. Impressed and would use again for sure.

You want on time? You want courtesy? You want the best price? You want great people? You want can do it all? Then you want college hunks! I’ve tried two others and none compares. I’ve used the Columbus hunks 6 times and they are the best.

We hired them to move or dismantle a large projection TV. The bi-level’s stairway is narrow and it was made clear that they could dismantle it if need be. Two men showed up, one was stoned («The leader»). They first tried to take it down the stairwell. This is a huge, 55″ projection TV that was 3′ deep, 5′ wide, and 5′ tall. They ended up wasting HOURS standing it on end on the middle stair trying to figure out what to do. In the process several times, they lost control and allowed it to slam into the base of the stairs causing damage to the railing, wall, and front door frame. They finally took it back up into the kitchen to dismantle it and in the process scuffed the floor. We contacted them and agreed to have someone come out to repair the damage but he had a snarky attitude and missed a few places. All in all one of worst customer/moving experiences we’ve ever had. Avoid like the plague.
