Thanks for stopping by yesterday to check in with me, making sure our snow removal needs are being met. Given our weather the last few days, your guy’s have been doing a great job keeping the lot cleared. Please see below from one of our second shift Managers who wrote to tell me of the events that happened last night: «Someone needed a jump tonight as we were leaving. Thank god the snow removal company was plowing our parking lot because he was able to help us! He stood out and endured the cold with us and made sure the car started. Please be sure to pass along how much I appreciated his help!!» From our tree installations here and the owner’s properties, to snow removal, I appreciate your company exceeding expectations and going «above and beyond». Please pass this thank you to the driver who was here last night as well, he deserves it.

Extremely disappointed in the service (or should I say, lack there of). I tried to enlist your services to plant a mature tree in my mother’s yard for Mother’s Day, have called several times since and no one has responded. It’s one thing to frustrate one customer, it’s another to frustrate a daughter who was trying to do something special for her wonderful, deserving mother on Mother’s Day.
I never knew I would have to work this hard to spend money.
