Wendy’s

Awful rude at the window for my liking. VERY SLOW. It’s hard to watch workers move so slow with zero sense of urgency when you’ve waited for 15 minutes to get your food. Wendy’s is pretty awful to start with, if I wanted to wait for 15 minutes I would have gone to 5 Guy’s

Poorly run and always slow. I have been twice in the past 2 months. Once I was «this close» to the speaker to order but couldn’t pull up due to the car in front of me. We sat and sat some more. I waited 15 minutes before I pulled out to go to the location further down the road.
The second and last time, I ordered two kid’s meals and had to ask 3 times for the apple slices, and the guy twice tried to hand me someone else’s order.
Get it together.

They have recently invested some money to renovate this location to something that feels a little more upscale then your typical fast food restaurant. Kind of like what it feels like to go into a nice coffee house where there is nice lighting and seating. There is still the counter to order and pickup your meal but the dinning rooms is just. well. nice. They found a nice balance where it is still a nice comfortable and relaxed place to go. This is the 2^nd renovation this location has seen in the time I have gone there and this is the best to date.
They also have the new R2D2 controlled soda machines where you can get just about any kind of soda combination you want or. simple seltzer with lime (!!!)
There is even a virtual fireplace with a sitting area if you want to have a little meeting place. Organizations need this. A place where you can gather for some coffee/​snack (which Wendy’s now sells) and discuss the plans or needs of an organization or group.
The staff was friendly, the dining room was clean, and our meal was really good. I have always liked Wendy’s food and find it to be the best choice for quick service dining. I especially like the chili. I have rarely had food issues with Wendy’s.
We use their dining room more and more vs the drive through. A lot of fast food restaurants are depressing on the inside so I prefer to just take the meal home. Wendy’s is different… they have put themselves at a good price point but a higher customer experience. It is nice to go there, relax and eat, and maybe go back for a desert or another round of simple seltzer with lime.

I don’t visit Wendy’s very often but I like the new, clean, sleek look of this design. I also enjoyed the very cheerful workers at this one. I came here on a Sunday and the staff here seemed to actually be happy, but it was before 12, so the day was early.
The place was clean, the food was hot, the service was efficient, anf the food is what you should get ar all Wendy’s. I am not a huge fab of Wendy’s but for a quick cheap lunch with two little ones, it works. They do have a few nice chairs over by the faux fireplace that provide a nice place to rest and sit.

Poor service and cold food. Went back in to get a replacement and the manager asked what I needed them took a phone call never spoke to me again. To apologize for the service or food! Ill never return.

After waiting in the drivethru for fifteen minutes subsequently making me late for work… I was not expecting much, however, my burger was great! Fast food restaurant or not… the burger was hot and had some crunchiness on the edges which I love and the lettuce and tomato were fresh cold and crisp!

This Wendy’s is great. It’s always clean inside, and they have never gotten an order wrong, which is saying a lot for being a fast food restaurant. I love their apple pecan chicken salad. Very fresh and tasty!
