Extremely good service, great guys who know how to treat a good truck. My vehicle was brought in for a 4wd issue, and I got a call back saying that they did a once over and found a couple other issues. These were fixed quickly for not much more money at all, and when I got my rig back, there was a delightful little bag of candy and a note thanking me for my patronage. They were able to answer my questions, and now I know how to fix these problems in the future… give me a fish, feed me for a day… teach me to fish feed my for life! Great service guys! THANK YOU! My rig runs beautifully!

Read the reviews on Unilocal saw the high rating and made the call to see if Accurate Auto of LO could help me with my truck. Yeah they helped me remove $ 200 from my wallet for a simple diagnosis. No work completed, just diagnosis. I asked to be called after they took a look. I dropped it off in the morning hoping to get a call at some point. I finally called at 5:30, they told me the bad news and said they’d call me in the morning with some figures. After no call, I finally drive up at noon. Their quote? 3x what I’ve paid elsewhere. Yikes. Take your business elsewhere. To their credit they did call me after I left to offer a coupon that apparently they didn’t have on hand. Businesses have a right to charge whatever they want but c’mon. Just too expensive with not very good customer communication.
