We just remodeled our kitchen and went to CFM for our countertops, flooring, and tile. Kim ordered everything for us and also helped us pick things out! Kim was amazing helping us pick colors and styles that went well together, and she was not afraid to tell us when something didn’t look right. When our floor came, the printing was defective and Kim worked diligently with the manufacturer to get it replaced. Everything else went seamlessly. I can’t describe how much I LOVE my kitchen! If you go to CFM, be sure to ask for Kim!

This is my first experience of getting any material ordered through this store and I wish I never have to order anything from them. I placed the order for my hardwood floor and vent through them. First they said it will arrive in 2 weeks– it took them 4 weeks to get the material.
When the material arrived they told that the vents are not yet in and will take few more weeks to arrive. I waited for few more weeks and when I checked afterward they told me that they actually forgot to place the order for vents and will do it now. I am not sure how can some responsible store behave like this.
Ok if that was not enough now after almost 8 weeks of when I placed my order I finally received my vents but they are basic one when I had ordered (and paid) for the ones with dampers. This store is the last place that one should use to order any material. They have good selection of material, pick up the phone calls quickly, they are competitive in their prices but extremely painful to get the right stuff delivered.

It’s 4:45pm and they close at 5pm… the phones are ringing off the hook, there is a new customer coming in every few minutes… I am standing there filling out paperwork for a new account and need to place an order… A gentleman with turrets is at the counter placing his order… The entire time the two staff members at the front desk are calm, proffesional, kind and on top of things. Each phone call was handled in a nice proffesional manner and not rushed… each person was attended to and smiling. I am super impressed with the staff … not to mention the variety of choices for everything they have :)

Remodeling? A great place to see current interior options all under one roof. A plethora of samples; most can be checked out to bring home.
A knowledgeable, helpful staff (much more friendly than their sister Tigard store!).
If you go, prepare to spend a good chunk of time as there are sooooooooooooo many choices!
