Great healthy food, priced right and served by helpful cheerful staff. I love their chicken Cesar salad.

It’s a Panera… same as any other chain. The employees are great at getting through the orders during the busy lunch rush. Parking can be an issue.

Made to feel so unwelcome by Juliana. Yes, I came in at 8:45 for a small to-go order, but geez… her terse manner and lack of smile was all it took to decide that I’m never coming back here.

I go to Panera because it is convenient, quick, and the salads are fairly healthy. The parking lot for this location is mayhem during the weekday lunch hour and you normally have to wait for someone to finish eating and leave so you can find a seat. The food is prepared pretty quickly so sometimes you end up standing around, holding your food as it gets cold, waiting for someone to finish eating so you can swoop in and claim their table before someone else. They keep adding and subtracting items from the menu(not just the seasonal items) so verify that your favorite item is still available. The sandwich options are very unimpressive for being a café environment. In my opinion, the best sandwich option is a grilled cheese. The hot sandwiches seems to be pre-assembled and slightly heated. The only items I will get are the soups and salads. I know I will be back but only because it is close to work. 2 stars.

Food is good, mostly really good, but every time I have been to a Panera I feel disappointed because everything seems skimpy, and I never feel satisfied afterwards. So these places are excellent for smaller appetites. I will probably NOT go to Panera again unless with someone set on them.

Dropped off my son for a movie night with a friend. Stopped here to do some work, though I had dinner, I ordered anyway. Meant to order a half of sandwich, but didn’t say half, got a whole and loving every minute of it. As good as always. Off to finish my food and then on to work.

Normally I would rate any Panera 4 out of 5 stars, and until recently, this Panera would be no different. The food is really good, lots of great treat choices, and a comfortable atmosphere. I’ve been a regular at this location for over a year, but as often happens in the food industry, the staff turn-over lends to inconsistency. Don’t get me wrong; they are still very nice and try to offer good service, but the service falls short with regular mistakes to(customer) orders. My advice is to have your cashier repeat the order completely, check your order for accuracy, ANDALWAYS, taste your hand crafted drink before leaving the store. And if they make a mistake that you are lucky enough to catch before you leave the store, watch their every move to ensure they don’t make another – going home and finding an error, returning for it to be corrected, and then have your«correction» rushed because now they are too busy to give you good service, well, is all just bad, very bad. Summary: last two months have been inconsistent, but yet I keep returning for the promise of better times ahead.

This is probably my favorite place to eat in town. The food is great quality and inexpensive. My favorites are the BBQ chicken flatbread, the Mac and cheese, the low fat chicken noodle soup, and the cookies! I used to go after my braces got tightened and get soup and a smoothie, and now I go all the time!

Still gross, but I feel the need to update. In a fit of misguided forgiveness, my friend and I decided to order some Panera this afternoon. I swore I’d never go back, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to give them one last chance. We opened up our food and my sandwich smelled weird; It had this odor I couldn’t quite place and I opted to stick to my tortellini alfredo. Something just didn’t taste right, so after a few bites, I just threw my whole meal away. I had a bad stomach ache for a few hours, but I’m fine now. My friend, on the other hand, was not so lucky. He’s spent his evening becoming best friends with his toilet bowl because he can’t stop throwing up. And for the record, Panera was the only thing either of us had eaten at all today. Not only will I never be back EVERAGAIN(for real this time), but we’ll be calling the health department about the food poisoning. This place should be shut down.

Panera totally impressed me tonight. I was craving a turkey-bacon-avocado sandwich, but dreading a stop at the store after work. I tried Panera online ordering for the first time ever– I’ve never done online food ordering of any kind. So. Cool. It’s like a food genie, except I didn’t have to interact with people. Awesome. Ordering was easy. Pick up time selected. Problem: I was still working when that pick up time rolled around. Then it passed. Sigh. I’d paid. I was looking forward to my sandwich. I called, explained, and the lovely lady said«no problem.» Two hours later, I walked in and asked for my pick up order. After a moment of confusion, someone knew to look in the walkin, where my sandwich was waiting. Cold, fresh, and effortless. They were so nice and the whole process surprised me. The sandwich was great– made to specifications, fresh ingredients, really nice legit turkey… mmmmm, I’d like another please.

Great smoked turkey sandwich but a little spendy for the portion size. Enjoyed the fresh bread and other ingredients but not for their prices.

Expensive for the quality and quantity you get. Came here for lunch and got a soup and sandwich(panini). The food was decent but it’s pretty expensive. It’s clean, friendly, well-kept and nice, just like all the other panera locations. It just happened that I went during my birthday month and with the Panera card, you get a FREE pastry! So I got a free carrot cake(yay!) which was delicious. I would probably not come back here for lunch again(like soups, salads, sandwiches) but I’ll probably come back for the baked goods.

we ordered food but they never gave us our food or pager but they manège to charge my credit card When we asked the manager where is our food she said sorry do you still want your food or we can give your money back? I told her I don’t want money back we just want our food, but half of our food we never got it even after we asked the cashier that took our money. We have been coming to Panera since they open in Beaverton area but this one is one of the worst Penara in the area. I have been going to this Hillsboro Penera every morning. Their food is good but their customer service is bad. This review is just for their customer service not for their quality of food.

Visited this location numerous times but never wrote a review until now. I felt the excellent services from the manager warranted a review. Several weeks ago my boyfriend ordered a Fuji Apple Chicken Salad online for a Rapid Pick Up. The online ordering process was very convenient and the pick up was easy. Given the amount of food and the quality of the salad $ 8.29 was a decent value, though I still consider Panera a fast food establishment. It was an excellent salad packed to the top of box. All the added items and substitutions were done correctly, except for the chicken which was no where to be found. Called up Panera to see if we can go back to pick up the chicken, and was asked to come back in for a replacement. When we went back to the restaurant solely expecting to just pick up the missing chicken when the manager came out to give us a couple of food vouchers as a courtesy and personally apologized for the error. We thought it was a very minor mistake, but it was nice to see the manager taken it seriously and showed the customers his appreciations. We were really impressed by the way we were treated by the employees and the management. In general their food is delicious. One exception is their new Soba Noodle Broth Bowl. It was pretty bland and definitely not worth the $ 8 charged. I think I will stick with the salads and the pastries!

Panera bread has the best baguettes I ever had in the US. It’s quality is superb and its on par and even better than the baguettes you get from Paris. The price is a little expensive than other grocery stores like Fred Meyer or Safeway, but there is no comparison. What I really like about the baguette from Panera bread is that it’s chewy inside but crispy on the outside, perfect combo. Just a tip, order a whole baguette, ask them to heat it up in the oven and then eat it with butter, its delicious.

I love Panera Bread, and I frequent this location pretty regularly as it is one of the closer lunch options near work. Their food is delicious; I love the«you pick 2 option» that lets you get smaller portions of regular menu items for a reduced price. Who doesn’t appreciate variation in their meal? Recently they simplified the menu by giving a price for if it is included in a you pick 2 deal or just on its own. They also include calorie counts for each each menu option on the large menu board, which is extremely helpful if you are trying to be calorie-aware. If you haven’t been to a Panera before, here’s the drill: you order at the counter, get a buzzers, get your beverage and find a seat, and then pick up your food less than 5 minutes later once your buzzer starts going crazy. You bus your own table — each trash bin has sections for you to separate out your silverware /dishes /trash. That being said, sometimes the employees at this location are really on top of things and bus your tables for you while you are sitting and chatting after your meal, but that is the exception, not the rule. I’d definitely recommend signing up for their«My Panera» rewards card as they occasionally give you deals and coupons pre-loaded onto your card. Just recently I came in, and they told me I had a «$ 2 off any sandwich deal,» so that was pretty great. Try to use your self control and resist buying the delicious baked goods spread out in the display counter next to the cashiers, but I usually end up caving and getting one of their aaaamazing shortbread cookies. If you come here in winter, there are a couple of prime seats next to their indoor fireplace that stay toasty. There is outdoor seating, as well, that is nice in the summer. I would give this location 5 stars, except the parking lot is awful around lunch time. It is really challenging to find a parking spot. Best meal: you pick 2 french onion soup and Asian chicken salad with the baguette and a shortbread cookie.
