Fast service and friendly staff. I was switching out phones and before we realized that it wasn’t unlocked yet we had switched sim cards. The guy that was helping me was very nice about it and said it was just as much his fault for not asking, so he was willing to let me get a new sim card for free.

Managers dont know what they are doing and either do the emoloyees. I signed up for tmobile here. They told me my early termination fee money id get would happen right away (3 months later i still havent gotten it). They ordered my phone wrong so my
Brand new iphone 6 i had to go to a different tmobile and have them ship it back to tmobile and give me a brand new phone again. They all lie and just want u 2 signup. Its been non stop horriable fighting with tmobile on the phone over all the mess ups this store did to the accounts.

Activated my tmobile iphone6 at this store. Customer service is great and the staffs in this store are knowledgeable. They helped me transferred all my contents from my old phone to the new phone and they answered all my questions. I liked the $ 100 data plan for 10 gig of data up to 4 lines. Never worry about data over usage charge because there is none (throttle back to slower network on the edge 2g network) And I also learned that with this plan, you can travel around the world and have unlimited 2g data usage and texting in the foreign country with tmobile network. Even though it will be slow, but at least you have the internet where there is no free wifi around.

This location is SO different than other locations. Sorry but most Tmo stores are bleh. We went in and Jamie helped us switch our plan. It was so painless and he was very friendly and polite… even though he is a Cowboys fan. ew. :P
Hands down the most pleasant Tmobile store experience I’ve ever had.

Steve H was extraordinary helping my mother-​in-​law exchange her phone. I’m not a t-​mobile customer as I am locked in with AT&T but after this experience, I would definitely consider making the move.

I had a sneaking suspision that the T-​Mobile store in Everett, WA was just being Lazy… Man was I right! What a crock!!! I detest lazy service establishments, that tell me that the problem with my phone is a known issue on your phone & they’re working on it. Liar Liar Pants on Fire… Everett T-​Mobile, «You’re just a bunch of Lazy Bums»!!!
I stopped by this location in Hillsboro and they fixed the issue with my phone. Wonderful service, and I would highly recommend this location to get issues fixed properly. It took about 15 min and everything is good to go.
Friendly service and pleased to help here at this location… Gratz for doing it right guys!
