Jen is the best hairdresser ever thus massage us sooooooo awesome. Lol I’ve been going to her for years and I will chase her down if she goes anywhere. Always friendly consistent and easy going. I recommend to anyone. Also the shop is friendly and who doesn’t love free pop and corn that is also popped.

Great haircut with a good price. They gave out free popcorn and soda while you wait for your turn and at the end a good massage.

50 min wait time for an average haircut. It’s a family place like Cost Cutters or Great Clips. I was expecting excellent service and a quick turnover rate because of it not being a chain, but was greatly disappointed. If you value popcorn and candy more than your time and experience this is the place for you. I know I’m never going back.

I have been here about 5 times and seem to be fine. Every time I have had a good haircut. Love the TVs with college football on. Like the coke too!

I called in on a Saturday afternoon asking how busy they were and I had my name put on the list. I was told it was about a 25 minute wait, I then informed the lady that I was about 30 minutes away. When I arrived in approximately 30 minutes I check in. I am then informed that there was one person in front of me.(there’s 7 people waiting to get their haircut) One child then gets called up, then the man I sat next to, then the man on my right. By now I have been there 15 minutes and I over hear one of the barbers say that she will take me so the the other barbers begin cutting people’s hair. I then sat waiting for 15 minutes before I got up and left. What a waste of time, why would it take an additional 30 minutes after I already called ahead. I don’t care how long those people waited. If you call ahead your name gets put on the list. It’s just how it works. If I wanted to wait that long to get my hair cut I’d call my dead grandmother up and tell her to take a stab at it

Wow! Terrible service and haircut from Tiffany… Absolutely avoid her at all costs. Brought my just-turned 2-yr old son in to get his haircut(I’ve been getting his hair cut at least once a month since he was three months old, so he’s used to it) and she butchered his hair. I said short on the sides and back and just a little bit off the top because I wanted to keep it longer. She had other ideas because she proceeded to cut it way too short and uneven. To make matters worse, she was actually condescending and patronizing… to my son! She kept sternly telling him to move his head and that she couldn’t cut his hair if he didn’t look in whatever direction. I couldn’t believe it! I wish I could adequately convey exactly how her tone was but it was ridiculous. At one point, I had to remind her that he doesn’t actually understand what she’s saying. She could have told me or handled it in a completely different way. She was defiant until the very end too, refusing to apologize and possessing a righteous, «there’s no way, I did anything wrong» attitude. It was disgraceful. Worst haircut experience I’ve ever had and I will never be back to that location as long as she works there. BTW: I specifically created a Unilocal account to be sure that I could share my experience. It really was that bad. Avoid Tiffany!

Walked in here for the first time today, both my son(10) and I got the ‘works’ I believe it was like $ 20 for mine.(Hair Cut, neck shave, massage and shampoo/wash) can’t complain about that. My son loved it, he already asked to return next time we need a hair cut. The service was great, and you pay for what you get… Well worth $ 20 in my opinion. One of the lady’s(Judy) I believe offered my son Soda and popcorn. Of course he didn’t hesitate! lol

One of the best places to get a nice clean cut! My favorite barbers are Stephanie and Judy! They do my vintage pomp just perfect! I aways get in and out really fast, the staff is always nice! Highly recommended!

This place is bad ass been going for years. Stephanie is my go to as well. She is good at her job and always entertaining. Plus I get my head shaved and she has never missed a spot.

I’ve been coming here for years for my haircut. They are«no frills» but the ladies are always friendly and do a good job. My son likes coming here for the fresh popcorn(hey, everyone has their THING). If you need a beer with your cut and wax, go somewhere else. Here you get a friendly conversation and Coke and neck massage at the end. That is just fine for me.

Among things which have become artisanal and vintage-ized are barbershops and men’s haircuts. But my haircut here, which was kind of a disorganized experience during which I was entirely on edge, turned out just as good as I’ve had at the fancy artisan places, and for $ 10 less(with tip). I don’t know if they ever had Fantastic Sams in the PNW, but it’s on par with this. I came here on a whim while doing errands in the area, and wouldn’t make any special trip just for a haircut here, but it makes me wonder how much worse it would be if I just started cutting my own hair. They offer shampoo, neck shave for extra. The standard haircut includes an awkward«massage» involving a vibrating massage stick.

When this barber shop first opened a few years back it would have easily earned 5 stars in my book! Easily! The entire family absolutely loved this barber shop! Now, a few years later… not so much. In fact, just about everything that motivated me and made my kids beg to return are pretty much… gone! When the doors first opened staff was enthusiastic, friendly, warm even. You were quickly offered a drink(canned beverage or water) and some popcorn. When you were seating at the cutting station the stylist would ask if what was on the tv(there is one at every station) was okay with you. If not, they would do their best to find something on tv to entertain you before cutting your hair. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. I immediately stopped going to all other barbers and made this our home port for our boys and men hair cuts. But as the years have passed, the service has gradually dwindled to mediocre, at best. Though you are usually greeted quickly upon arrival and the wait is usually not too long, all other service has seemed to have suffered. You are no longer offered a drink… like ever! We are never asked about the TV channels either, which is a major bummer when you have young kids who do not want to watch ESPN! Staff is somewhat friendly, though not very much so. Unenthusiastic and board is the impression I get from their attitude. Hair cuts are hit or miss. Sometimes they are just fine, other times not so much. We have left before unaware that our kids hair was all uneven, with spots missed that we then had to go home and fix. Also, the clean up is non existent. All my boys leave now with hair all over them. Seriously, that is a basic barber shop service… clean up the mess off your clients… I mean Really! Come on. Also, they offer a free trim between hair cuts, but the one time I actually took advantage of this(after being told over and over about it) I wasn’t met with the kindest of receptions. Though, they did provide the service. I just felt weird about it because of the stylist reaction, like I was doing something wrong… I was even really questioned how long it had been since we were in the shop in a accusational way… when it was quite obvious that my son’s hair wasn’t that long and was not in need of a hair cut in any way. That was weird to me. Anyway, I am no longer real motivated to take my family here anymore. I am shopping around for a better place… so recommendations accepted!

The haircuts are $ 16+tip and it looked like everyone was pleased with their haircuts. The waiting area has seating that is pointing away from the TV. You have to turn your neck just to watch the waiting area TV. It was a college football Saturday and all the TV’s were tuned to ESPN. There’s like 4 – 5 games on. it would have been nice to show more than one game in a Sports themed barber shop for guys. It really is a place for guys, but run by non-sports fans. If you really like like your ‘do, they keep your name in a system with the stylist who cut it. Just come in and request they look it up. The price is kind of steep without any hair washing. You do get free soda and popcorn.

Sent my husband here to get a cut. He came home and had the best haircut I have seen in a while! He had a wash, cut and massage(badly needed) all for 19.99! He said he will gladly return !

While getting my tire fixed at Costco, I saw my reflection in a pane of glass and shuddered. I looked like I write software for a living. That’s not necessarily terrible, since I do… but I don’t really care to look like a stereotypical nerd. Thankfully, The Barbers was near, open and able to help me very quickly. I was greeted immediately(major plus, no one likes to stand in the doorway and be ignored) and pleased to see reasonable prices behind the desk. The person helping me was very courteous and friendly without being overbearing or me feeling like she’s just trying to up-sell me. This is a guy’s barber shop. They cut hair. This isn’t an uppity HairM clone nor a decrepit, dusty old hole with a red/white/blue spinning pole in front of it. It’s clean. It’s spacious. It doesn’t smell like bad aftershave and doesn’t try to fool a man into thinking they need a facial or a pedicure. Nothing wrong with those things, but sometimes I just need a haircut without someone telling me about aromatherapy or offering a massage. The service was very friendly and quick. The person helping me listened to my complete lack of understanding on how my hair should look and did a great job at making me look human and not like I live in a basement littered with old Mountain Dew cans. Prices were very reasonable and they even threw in a free straight-razor neck shave since I was a first-time client. Only 4 stars now since it was my first time there and I don’t yet know if it’s consistently this good, but I’ll be back for my next haircut.
