Terrible experience! I went here because it was closer than FedEx and I was on a time crunch. Worst customer service ever! Kate the manager could sure use some training on how to treat customers. Never again!

I was shocked when I found out that the valley girl who was annoyed when she had to get off the phone with her friend to help us, was actually the store manager. One of her employees had to ask her come help us… as there were three customers in the store and only two employees. I did not feel bad that my presence interrupted her phone call. That actually happened on both of my visits that day. Other than that my experience was as expected.

Sad is all I can say. I had 3 pushy UPS employees try to sell me a bigger box that would cost $ 40 more in shipping costs. They were trying to tell me the one I had was not adequate. The same item I was shipping was previously sent to me in the same kind of box I was using but with no packing from 3000 miles away by UPS and it was delivered just fine. I was only shipping about 600 miles.
Really? Can’t someone just ship an item without a hassle. I never plan to go to that particular store again.

Great location, its seems faster then the Post Office, but I dont like paying the extra increase in price. The staff is friendly and they do provide great service.
