Fancy Nails

Poor service, have do your nail and when you complain or come back to redo, they act like they don’t understand you. Then they want to recharge you for something they didn’t do right.
Don’t recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed in service and customer service.

I use to really enjoy coming here but lately they have gone downhill. Most recently I came here to get my eyebrows done and they stuck me in a room in the back and completely ignored me. I walked out and looked around for someone to help me but none of the employees even looked at me. I just got up and walked out. I won’t be returning.

Worst pedi ever! I normally drive to Durham for my pedis. My 83 year old grandmother came to visit and we didn’t want to drive so we gave this place a shot. Two women were our technicians and quickly started on us. There were four men sitting in the front area waiting on customers, I presume. I requested the higher end Deluxe Pedi because it had been a couple of months and I knew I needed extra attention. My pedi lasted a total of 25 minutes and that INCLUDED my technician getting up TWO separate times to do eye brow waxes on walk in customers — all while in the midst of my «deluxe pedi». Never once did she apologize or even excuse herself. She never scrubbed my heels and my polish came off in FOUR days! I will NEVER return to this place. I’ve had pedis around the world and this is by far the worst ever. Huge waste of money. Of course NOW I learn from neighbors and friends that this place is a joke and they will never return either. Also, while we were there an older woman was dropped off by her daughter one of the men started working on her feet and was EXTREMELY rude! I’m sure if her daughter knew how her mother was treated she would not return. I KNOW I WON’T.

So they do a great job until you point out when something isn’t right. I went there for my first time sense I am in a friends wedding. So the bride, me and another bridesmaid went to get French tips. Mine looked great but the brides wasn’t glued down all the on 2 fingers. When she asked about it. Everything changed. Instead of fixing the 2 fingers they removed all the gel coats. They rushed and never glued the problems back down until she asked about it. When they applied all the layers back on it was sloppy and they didn’t put the final cost back on. They were rude when all she wanted was to have 2 fingers glued all the way. When she told them she wasn’t happy with they told her to come back Monday… Her wedding is on Saturday… I will never go back to this place

Wonderful place! Beautiful spa! Love the upgrades, flat screens, fancy chairs, and great customer service. I’m here every two weeks to get my nails and toes done. I just don’t go here for the eyebrows. It’s always clean and sanitized so no worries about catching any fungus lol. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

It’s clean. They are up to date Free wifi large tv Nice décor. Place is huge. Very friendly and not expensive.

Tried it once and I don’t plan to go back. I wanted to try a pedicure that was a deluxe version for a little extra pampering. The technician seemed new and very unsure of what he was doing. When I asked about the options he didn’t know and someone else had to tell him what to do. The water was lukewarm to start and chilled very quickly. The experience was not at all relaxing. One step was to use a blue gel on my feet and legs that I had to ask him to wipe off. It seemed to work like heat cream only the opposite I felt so incredibly chilled by it. I didn’t feel like I could give much feedback to anyone at the time. Lesson learned.

My hairdresser recommended me to go here (but not on the weekends, as they’re booked and busy) I went during lunch hour today (Wednesday) and I got seated pretty quick. This is my very first time getting my nails done (I’ve always done my own) everyone was really friendly, the place looks really clean! Definitely just become my go-​to nail place! If you’re very specific about what design you want, you’re better off to being your own nail polish they may not have the exact one you’re looking for. I got as close to a Tiffany blue as I could get.
