Carlos is extremely knowledgeable –his and Enzo’s craftsmanship is unsurpassed. Brought in a pair of shoes to have resoled, I got them back within a week –better than ever. I’ve brought in several leather goods since then –they are always up for a good challenge. They have my business for life.

I, too have the same problem with Enzo. He is a grouch, told me that my shoes were not worth fixing, though they were very expensive and very comfortable. I have my husband take my repairs to be fixed by an Asian couple in High Point, NC. They are much more kind and do excellent work!

I, too, had the same experience! When I brought it to his attention, he said that he was Italian. I had just been through a family tragedy and wasn’t accepting his attitude. He did apologize to me.

I went in 1st time to drop off my sandals. The owner was somewhat short with customer ahead of me. I went back to pick up sandals and he complained to me about customer on phone. Finally, after I paid cash(no credit cards allowed) I asked him where recycling center was and he told me to check with Dominoes. It was 8:30 am.
