We bought our pool from Pettis 3 years ago. There is now a pretty big rust spot on our pool which I believe should be repaired under the warranty. I have been trying to get an answer from Pettis for well over a month now. After weeks of calling, they finally scheduled someone to come out to look at it. He did not show up. After more calls the man came out, looked at the pool, and handed me a quote for $ 350. I told him the pool should be covered under the warranty and he said he knew nothing about that, I would have to take that up with Pettis. I have now called and emailed several more times. When I spoke with Karen, she promised to follow up with her service department but I still have not had one phone call or email. It has now been 6 weeks since I contacted them and I am not any closer to an answer or solution. I would never recommend Pettis to anyone.

I hired this company to open my pool. They charged $ 350 just to uncover the pool. They couldn’t get the heater to work. They also didn’t vacuum the pool. I ended up hiring another pool company to fix the heater and vacuum the pool. Total rip off!
I am not going with their service again.
