Lizzy Crickets

I took my daughter to Lizzy Crickets on a Saturday and she got thirsty while playing on the bouncies so we asked where the water fountain was, there was a water cooler in the far corner, but was told that it was not working. So they have a small display of soda, capri sun, water, and candy. I gave my daugher $ 1 to purchase a water and was told that they did not have any, so she had to opt for a capri sun. After I got home I kept thinking that maybe I should of looked around the entire area to see exactly what they have to offer, this was the following week on a Wednesday. I walked in the door and there was no one sitting behind the desk, there is a sign at the front that states that parents must supervise children and socks required. There were 3 kids playing on the bouncies all without socks. The kid that was playing of the bouncy proceeded to the front to answer any of my questions and I did notice that the water cooler was unplugged and I asked about it and was informed that it did not work. The kids bounce one these bouncies and have no water provided by the facility, I find this unacceptable and the fact that these kids had no socks on. I was extremely disappointed and will not go back.
