I walked in, other customers were being taken care of. I stood silently waiting for someone to offer assistance. I had been in mutiple times, but have never stayed long enough to know names. The younger girl was getting wire and the guy with the beard was getting liquid for a customer. I watched the douche with the blue hair and gun holster bullshit behind the counter with a customer. The douche then walked all the way from one side of the counter to the other. He then went plopped on the couch and look at his phone. Finally your great employee realized I had been standing there with no assistance. the guy with the beard generously helped me. If you run a business make sure all customers are taken care of no matter what. I’m sure I’m not the only one who didn’t care to be in there when you are «in».
