The staff at the Hingham store are always friendly and efficient. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your cleaning. I had an order misplaced once and they could not have been more professional and helpful and of course found my missing items. I have never had a bad experience.

Incredibly great and consistent service and true customer appreciation. Manager Kerri Ward puts her heart and soul into delivering the best possible result for the customer and her team (e.g. Susan, Amy and everyone else) have exactly the same mindset. I have been using Dependable every week for 4 years and cannot remember one single blip. It is a pleasure to do business with Dependable Hingham location; I rely on them heavily since I travel so much, they deliver every single week and they are the nicest people. Quite a combination.

Horrible place. The counter people are very nice and the one day availability is great. Everything else is awful. Over priced. They either lose your clothes or ruin them. For every 5 shirts you bring in they destroy 2 collars. Beyond being wearable. Also they don’t have a price chart. When you actually find one you realize you’ve been over charged on the overpriced dry cleaning. Try talking to the district with a compliant. She won’t return your calls. Awful. Lots of great dry cleaners around. This isn’t one.

These guys lost one of my shirts, then a pair of slacks, until I complained and they suddenly found them. But when they ripped the seat on the pants of a $ 1,200 suit I was furious. They took weeks to respond and finally said that I couldn’t prove anything but they’d offer $ 60 in free dry cleaning.
They left stained collars on my shirts, lost and ruined my clothes, and they don’t give a damn about the customer.

I am not sure how dependable this cleaner is! House in a gorgeous old building in an über convenient location near the bagel shop, it is easy to drop in and pick up your items, however that is where the convenience stops! Nothing is done on site, and it seems like most of the times I go the poor counter people are swamped, and seem to be ill managed, to no fault of their own. I have had a lot of issues with them em not know about groupons, computers being down, but more importantly it seems like the manager isn’t doing a great job. She has not called me back numerous times, and I have watched many other customers complain about them ruining garments etc.
My first annoyance was when I needed a custom rug cleaned– i called around multiple places for pricing and when I spoke to them she gave me a price per foot quote. I specifically bought a groupon to apply since we are talking over $ 100 dollars. When I showed up she completely changed her story, and the quote by more that $ 60. She insisted I called a different place, even when I showed her my phone record on my cell phone, bottom line is for less money I would have gone to a rug cleaner!
Another time they charged three very similar blouses, all the same content very different prices, their pricing systems seems very expensive, not consistent etc.
The one good thing I will say is that the home delivery service guy is a sweetheart. He is on time, gives the dog a treat, and when I miss putting it out, he comes back!
