If you want the rudest and most inept service then this place is for you. I have made many EXPENSIVE purchases here. The manager is not only rude to customers, but nasty to her staff. When a staff member «reminded her» that she left her coat, keys, purse, and drink on the service table the manager replied. «yes, I did, that’ how I roll.»
So when this manger ANGELA asked me questions that were techy that I had no clue what she was saying, I took my finger and tapped it on the counter. Angela SCREAMED AT ME TO «STOP BANGING MY COUNTER!» THE POOR STAFF PEOPLE COWERED IN THE CORNER. I said «excuse me?» She screamed again. «I asked for her last name; „I DON’T HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY NAME.“ At that point I explained that I wanted my phone finished and that she was rude and had not heard the last of me…“YOU JUST THREATENED ME» she turned to the staff «DID YOU HEAR HER THREATEN ME?» I called the Hingham police as they had me surrounded and I was very frightened. Angela: «YOU GET OUT OF MY STORE» YOU GET OUT OF MY STORE”…by the way: I am 70 years old and I am praying that this is on their tape… DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE unless you want to want to be run over by this horrible person… I can recommend Braintree and especially Hanover Rt 3 as a great place for service and purchases… Sharyn
