Raffael’s

Looked at this venue for my niece’s wedding, but not large enough. However we surprised her with her bridal shower here and everyone loved it! Terese was awesome to work with. She’s very organized and knows her stuff! Anytime you call or email her, she is prompt with response. Her personality is great too! We did the buffet brunch. It was great. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, salad, pasta alfredo, grilled chicken, fruit, breads, danish, cookies, tea, coffee and juice. People are still talking about hiw good the food was. We also had the bar for those who wanted a little sip! ALL of the staff were soooo nice and were always on point if we needed something. Would definitely have another event here in the future. Thanks Raffael’s! My only complaint would be is having weak cell service there. Lol!

Went to Raffael’s for mother’s day brunch. Is it worth $ 35 pp? I’m not sure.
The stuffed shells are very delicious, and the seafood in red sauce was nice as well. There were tiny shrimp and scallops, as well as mussels. The eggs, bacon, and sausage were all good and fresh. There were plenty of fish dishes that I was glad to see weren’t over cooked.
The salad wasn’t anything great, and the carving station was just meh. I had Roast Beef, while well cooked just didn’t taste like anything. I didn’t go for the SUPER GREEN mint jelly, because no one seemed to be eating the lamb.
The desserts were dismal. I tried two things (a key lime tart and some lemon coconut tart) and just was not impressed. Stick to the fruit if you want dessert.

Our ceremony and reception were held at Raffael’s at South Shore Country Club. The main reasons we chose this venue was for the price, location (I wanted to have the ceremony and reception at the same location) and I wanted good scenery for outside photos. Raffael’s at South Shore Country Club delivered on everything! It is such a beautiful venue and the staff is fantastic! They offer an incredible value as a venue and went out of their way to provide services for us that other venues would have charged an arm and a leg for. I hear from someone new everyday how incredible the food was and how great the staff were — that is was the best wedding they have ever been to.
Terese was extremely helpful throughout the planning of the event and the day itself. I really couldn’t have pulled this wedding together without her! She is one of the most organized, professional and creative people I have ever had the pleasure to work with! Terese made every detail of our wedding exactly as we wanted, and she even surpassed our expectations. She is a joy to work with and very reasonable. She allows you to customize your wedding according to your budget. I can’t say enough good things about her! She made our wedding ceremony so easy and stress free.
Absolutely no complaints at all, they made for a smooth and successful event at a great price.
