Bien Assorti

So as a disclaimer, I am pretty picky with my nails. But the prices here are high for a nail salon, and therefore I expect things to be a step above. I came here as a walk in a couple of months ago, and I don’t know, the atmosphere was a little uncomfortable, I’m not really sure why exactly. The nail technician did an okay job, but my cuticles could have been cleaned up more (I only noticed after she started painting my nails). The other thing is when I asked for an extra base coat between the two colors (it makes it last a little longer), the nail technician and the host (owner?), both told me they couldn’t do it because it would take too long too dry. I’ve never had anyone say no to that request. I guess if it was super busy I would understand but there was only one other customer in there, so I’m not sure what the rush was anyway. Anyway needless to say I’m still on the lookout for a new salon in this area.

I always get my no chip manicures here! They last for at least 4 weeks!!! They have SO many no chip colors, even Essie! Ask for Grace, she is wonderful.

I’ve spent double what Bien Assorti charges — and have gotten manis and pedis that don’t last and aren’t as meticulous. This is THE best place for nails in the western suburbs… super clean… meticulously clean. And really nice work. Massages add a really nice touch, too.

Went here today for a mani and pedi ($ 45). Easy parking, very clean, movies playing, and massage during mani (very relaxing). I will definitely be back.

I love this place! It’s nice and quiet and they always have chick flicks playing on the tvs around the salon.
I’ve never had a bad experience here and everyone is so sweet… plus they give great neck massages.

Clean, efficient, sterile. Walk-​ins are available but I personally would recommend making an appointment first. This place gets filled up quickly since there aren’t many chairs. Staff are all pretty quiet but very nice. (I like quiet). They give nice shoulder massages also. A great location for me as its close. I still love my regular place out in Willowbrook (Magic Nail two), but if I don’t have the extra time, I’ll come here. They do shellac and gel well here.

This place is absolutely awful! I think you would have to look far and wide to find a place with such low standard of service. Furthermore, their work is very poorly executed, to say the least. Why would anyone ever want to go back to a place like this?
