If there is one thing I have learned about being an executive, following up with my team is ranked high on the priority list! With that said… I have a legal plan with the corporation that I work for. I reached out to them regarding a lawsuit that I was trying to pursue, and a traffic ticket. They referred me Mr. Almand. He told me that he would not be able to help with the lawsuit, but he would take care of the traffic ticket. I had to contact the firm several times before getting a response. One of two things would happen when I called… I would leave a message and get no returned phone call, or I would leave a message with the receptionist(who was extremely rude) and get no returned phone call. From what I assume, the case was taken care of??? Communication is everything! In this day and age, we have so many ways to communicate, there really is no excuse! I am just disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism displayed. If this traffic ticket case was too trivial, Mr. Almand should have said so, and I could have taken my business elsewhere. I will be contacting the corporation to let them know about the service that I received.
