First time here. Coffee was good, ordered a Wake Up wrap and it was good. It wasn’t burnt our too hot. My wife had a terrible experience here, glad I did not. Everyone said hello and they were all polite.

The older woman at the drive thru was disgustingly rude and had a massive booger hanging out of her nose. You really can’t be nice to customers? It’s really not difficult to be nice. If you can’t be nice at least PRETEND to be nice. Coffee is the same here as any other DD but the staff is definitely lacking training and general hygiene. If you find yourself here during peak hours, expect a long wait and a boogery frown when it’s your turn in line.

Terrible service, every single time income here. If in order a #5, DON’T ask if I want the hash browns. Of course I do, or else I wouldn’t have ordered a COMBO! AND A SMILE, please and thank you would go SO FAR. If Ibdodnt like the coffee so much I would bypass this place completely. Maybe the owner should teach customer service skills to his staff

Bwaaaaah!!! That about sums up my review of this place. The drive thru line will leave you wanting to rip your hair out. One car was in front of me as I pulled in today it took 15 minutes to get my coffee and it was wrong to boot. So if you like old coffee and sub par service this is your place!

This store is a usual stop for me. The coffee is decently fresh. It, like anywhere else, depends on the time you go. I like the staff. They are usually very nice and helpful. I get normal coffee when I go. Usually large or extra-large. Just add cream. When ppl in spice is available, I get that.

I take my kids to this location a few times a month before school. Team is always polite and moving mostly with efficiency. On our most recent visit Justin was working a register and it was busy. He was patient and nice to each customer, answering any questions but keeping the line moving.
I will continue to go here with my family.
