Very dissatisfied poor customer service
My wife order 2 dozen minion cupcakes from her mainly based on the fact that she delivers for free
The day before the cupcake was to be delivered she called asking flavors for the cupcakes and if my wife still wanted them (we paid a 35 $ deposit half of the order) she said yes… fine
The day of she contacts my wife at 9:45am saying the power steering out on her vehicle (its just not going out itll show signs of going out first before actually going out) and that my wife can pick them up are wait to see what her mechanic
wife says can you let me know in an hour she says ok. So my wife ask if she can send a pic of the cupcakes this is around 1015am she sends the responds she hasnt designed them yet my wife ask for her deposit back and before my wife could click send her paypal had the money in there meaning she never intended on making/​delivering the cupcakes we live an hour from her theres is no way she was gonna make edible great looking cupcakes and have them delivered by 1 remember 1015am she didnt have them designed yet 1045 she tells wife she can come pick them up at noon so she was going to bake and design 2 dozen edible great locking cakes in an hour and 15 mins please gtfoh be more professional its the day of my childs 2^nd bday and you pulling a stunt like this i really hope you lose a ton of buisness because if you did it to us youll do it to someone else if you havent already
