I’m writing this based on an experience on a Saturday evening several weeks ago(in January). We stopped in because I was dying for a chocolate munchkin(my favorite and I hadn’t had them in so long)! Turns out that due to the hour, they were all sold out, but did have a few of those pre-made cups of them available at the register. I settled for one of those, as I like the glazed ones too, and the guy working gave me an extra one for free to make up for their lack of product! It was a nice gesture, the device was decent, and the only reason I’m not giving them a higher score is because they were out of what I came in for. Other than that, they weren’t that bad(based on other Duncan’s I’ve been to previously).

I got a small latte — could barely taste any coffee. It just tasted like milk… never again for this location. It wasn’t even foamy… it was like heated milk.

Worst dunkin. Every time I go for a latte apparently they don’t have, I don’t believe it. The one girl got caught in a lie when the other one said to my coworker that the machine is being cleaned and that’s why they can’t make it. One says they don’t have and the other that the machine is being cleaned. All other times I’ve gone they say they don’t have. So now we don’t even bother with them and just get our latte at star bucks. I’m pretty sure if the owner of this dunkin would know how lazy his staff is to make a latte they would all get fired. Money loss for this business owner because apparently they don’t sell latte.

I used to like this place but one recent incident changed everything. I had been in the hospital the night before and I was extremely exhausted, hungry and thirsty. So I went here and bought a bagel and then I asked if I could have a cup of water. At every other Dunkin I’ve been to, getting a cup of water was simple. Here the woman refused to give me water and said I had to buy one. Are you serious woman? I then mentioned how the Dunkin on 7th street always honors my request for water. She then stutters and goes«the water here isnt clean». So either this woman is a greedy person and wanted me to pay for water or this Dunkin is using disgusting undrinkable water to clean their dishes and hands. I highly recommend you skip this Dunkin and go to the one on 7th street.

Fast service and clean place. They have free wifi and a few tables to sit and hang. Staff is friendly and it’s open 24⁄7.

This store has refused many times(most recently this afternoon) to put out artificial sweetener for coffee«because the homeless will come in and eat it,» while not only allowing the homeless to literally go from table to table and beg for money, but putting out sugar, which the homeless WILL actually eat. I really dislike having to beg the staff for the number of artificial sweeteners I want to put into my coffee(admittedly, a lot, but I would invite the staff to stand there and watch me put them in my coffee, not pocket them). This is the only DD location I’ve ever had this issue with. If the staff thinks the homeless will eat the artificial sweetener, they should escort the homeless out of the store, not penalize those of us who are spending $ 3 on a cup of freaking coffee. Starbucks doesn’t give anyone issues with what they choose to put in their coffee — DD shouldn’t either. Plus, agree with earlier posters who point out that they don’t listen to what you order and then give major attitude when you insist they actually give you what you ordered. Good thing there are several other DD locations in Hoboken as today’s visit was the final straw.

Service sucks compared to DD on Wash @ 8th. These servers need to learn English, really.

What can I say? America runs on Dunkin’. This place was one of the first spots that I dealt with when I moved to Hoboken, and I stopped here on my way to work every day for a hot cup a Joe. This is the neighborhood morning coffee spot. No BS, just coffee. I’m pretty sure it’s 24 hours bc I’ve been here at 5am and they were open. There are other places to go for coffee that will charge you 1 arm + 1 leg for some ground up brewed beans. Starbucks is a block away, no thanks! The staff is friendly and remember you so that you don’t have to even order. They know what you want. You don’t have to speak Italian to order a medium coffee with milk, no sugar. I cannot speak for the food here, but I know it sucks, but my rating is based on coffee and service. If you want to eat, head to Panera Bread a block north. There is only one Dunkin’ for coffee. This is it, and there are several locations in Hoboken, go to this one.

Stopped here for a cup of coffee and something small to eat. The coffee was super hot which was good because it was super cold outside and snow flurries were beginning to fall but it was kind of watery… the bagel was okay, it was somewhat stale and the cream cheese didn’t do much to fix that. I can’t really complain. Sometimes chains can be a hit and miss.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts location out of the hundreds I’ve been to. The staff is rude, and somehow the coffee is extra gross. I think they water it down more than usual here. I live right by this location but I will not be back.

I used to work the ‘Nightmare Shift’ which involved me waking up close to 3AM and hoping to be at work in Newark by 4AM. With that said, there were absolutely no options to grab my morning coffee but this place. It’s pretty okay. I mean, at 3 in the morning, I can’t expect much. What I grew accustomed to seeing was that the guy at the counter was usually never there when I came in, meaning I had to wait up to 10 – 15 minutes some days. My donuts /rolls would usually be stale and they would be all out of the Texas Toast Grilled Cheeses and whatnot, so to expect an enjoyable breakfast would be a bit much unless I made it myself at home(get real!). The coffee is coffee though, and its always managed to get the job done. I learned to stick to the bacon & egg & cheese breakfast wraps because you can’t mess those up at 3AM. It’s not mega-roomy, and there isn’t a whole lot of seating available. I think there’s only a couple tables from memory, and there’s a few stools at the counter facing outside. All in all, not bad, but if other local establishments are open, I would recommend those first.

Is it 3am??? Are you drunk??? Need a Donut??? This is your hot spot for the after party. lol If you just need a quick donut and a plain coffee this is your best spot. If you need a fancy sandwich or crazy mocha choca coffee lattee… go to Starbucks if their open.

I have been here once and that was the last time. The service is just plain bad. First of all, they don’t care enough to to listen to your order. Secondly, when you ask them to fix your order, they do it with such attitude. When my husband and I were here, we ordered our coffees with cream but once we received our drinks it tasted like cream with a splash of coffee. We asked them to fix and they got so annoyed. On the same visit, a girl from the bar/grill next door came over with a list of orders for breakfast sandwiches. When she received her order, she realized one of the sandwich orders were incorrect. When she asked to get it fixed, they told her that’s what she ordered. Really? Okay #1, the customer is always right and #2 how could she ordered wrong when she read from her list? Anyway, since then we don’t come here anymore. I just hate it when the customer service is indifferent and rude.

I have never ordered my coffee here without having to repeat what I wanted at least once, usually twice. Don’t ask if you can help me if you’re not ready to listen. It’s annoying, especially before I’ve had my morning coffee.

Nicely located near the Hoboken Path train stop, I used to stop in here for a whip cream filled pillow style doughnut and a coffee after running from my place(running to not get mugged) on my way to catch the train into the city. One of the cleaner dunkin donuts in the area…

mmmm. dooonuts. Their hot chocolate is actually pretty good. Why do they have hasbrowns on their menu if they don’t have any at all? This location is pretty clean and the workers are nice, unlike other locations in New York. I like how the lady says«thank you, come again».
(o) That’s a donut.

Am I really giving Dunkin Donuts 5 stars? Why, yes. I am! This location is great for one big reason — when about 15 people are waiting outside Maxwell’s(for over 24 hours, yes I’m serious) to get into a show — they were more than willing to let us use their bathrooms without buying anything.
