I recently used Mike and MH Construction for finishings to my condo, and had a less than pleasant experience. I found them to be pushy, change invoice amounts after the work had been done, and walk away from projects before completion. At one point they put me in a very difficult position where I had to rush to find someone to complete a project after Mike decided he didn’t want to do it. I was able to find someone within one day that would do the job for a third of the price. At this point they owe me nearly $ 1500, which I don’t expect to get back, and have had to hire someone to finish up the work already paid for.
