This review is about Office Depot Online, not any of there stores. I ordered a tablet from Office Depot online, they used a company called Dynamex to deliver. The company Dynamex allowed someone who claimed to be my Landlord sign for it, which they where not suppose to. I found through track had been received but not by me. I called Office Depot the day this happened they have don’t nothing but give me the run around, they have not refunded, they have not sent another even though they know I did not sign or receive, Dynamex is a total rip off, no one answers phone, no one has done a thing. After four days I now have to dispute charge with bank! They did not deliver, they did not refund my money for non received tablet, they have not done anything but keep my money! They didn’t even apologize! Do yourself a favor DONOTORDER anything from Office Depot online if you do not get it, they will say oh we have used UPS all the time LIE the company is Dynamex they do not do there job, they will just give to anyone and then Office depot won’t be professional they will keep your money, do nothing to make you whole, shine you on. Totally unprofessional my company will NEVER use this site again nor will I!

That’s it — So done with this store and Office Depot. I have used this store a few times because it is convenient to where I live. I do a lot of printing for work. Often it’s been done wrong or has had to be re-done. Today I had an important 2 piece job that I needed to be printed within the same day. There was 6 hours prior to closing when I placed the order on-line then called the store to confirm they had it, make sure they understood the instructions and that it could be done on time. After waiting on hold for about 5 minutes I spoke to somebody who went through the details with me. Before we could finish she put me on hold again and I waited many more minutes. Finally a different person came on who knew nothing about the order. I asked to speak to the first person so I didn’t have to go through all the details all over again. She was rude and told me I couldn’t, as the first person was now busy with another customer. Fine… so I go through the whole order again only to be told that no, they can’t in fact do it today as they have a lot of other work… Why couldn’t they have just told me that in the first place when I asked if they could do it??? So — I asked if they could transfer the order to a nearby Office Depot — No they couldn’t do that I would have to call Office Depot Central command. I did. I was bounced through a menu to somebody who sounded very robotic and told me that they could not transfer the order but they could cancel it and then I could go back on-line and re order somewhere else. Time is ticking away and I need this stuff for first thing in the morning… I am informed that she will cancel the order but it has to go a different section because I ordered on-line(even though this is the number provided in the order confirmation). It gets better … I went to the competition(Staples) with the stuff on a flash drive. They were able to do it for me in less than 2 hours. Better yet — I didn’t have to go hunting for a coupon as one does with Office Depot and the order still came out 20% less than it would have been. When I came home I checked — no email confirmation of the cancellation — so I called… Another robotic person told me that they had no record of my previous conversation or cancellation and the order was being printed!!! She said she could escalate the file and give me a priority ticket. I told her I just wanted the order cancelled because the couldn’t service it and my money refunded to the card. I was told this could take up to 48 hours as it had to go to a separate place. I asked for a supervisor — I got pretty much the same story but this time a ticket number. How many more times will I have to call back to cancel this. Customer service from hell, rude store people, terrible complicated web-site — no follow through to help place the order, terrible help on the customer service end. What kind of operation is this? I do a lot of business printing — They just lost me. I won’t be going back anytime soon. There are alternatives that seem to be able to make this much easier in every way.

This location is cool. Its clean and neat. The employees aren’t the moooost helpful. But they’re nice and fairly quick. Its my go-to when I need some special office supplies that our office doesn’t usually carry.

Eh. Not my favorite chain but, I needed to pick something up quick and boom, this spot definitely filled the void. Office Depot replaced the Barnes & Nobles at the beginning of Washington St. I actually enjoyed that Barnes & Noble so, Office Depot is definitely a let down as the replacement. This outpost is small. So tiny that their inventory is pretty much limited in everything. I’m pretty sure every item is overpriced. But, if you’re in a jam and need a last minute item, it’s definitely clutch.
