I try to use this place for my electrical needs, I have paid way over the odds for a hdmi cable here and against my better judgement went in for a phone case today. There was one guy who refused to put down his phone and basically ignored me until I asked to pay then told me I had the wrong thing, another guy who is English seemed affable but offered little help. Hope they get some staff who are interested in being helpful soon

Every time I go in here they are so helpful. One time I needed a new a/c adaptor for our elliptical, and even though they didn’t have what I needed, they wrote down the part number that I would need and gave me advice on how to find it elsewhere. Now THAT’S service! Because they are so knowledgeable, selfless, and trustworthy I will continue to give them my business every time I need anything electronic-related.

Kudos to this location. I’m now officially a fan. I was looking for the Palm Pre and anticipating a real odyssey. I bounced into the Shack not expecting much. Manager tells me they sold out as soon as they opened(shocker). But THEN probes a little more and asks if I was gonna buy one. to which I replied. hells yeah. He jumps on the horn to a larger location to get me a phone in 2 hours. That level of service was pretty impressive. So instead of duckin and diving around city in search of my elusive prey. I’m chillin on my couch slammin a pork roll egg and cheese waiting for my phone to come to me. Sweetness.

Places I hate going: 3. Dentist 2. Radio Shack 1. DMV This review covers every RS I’ve ever been to. Even when I find what I want — a mini stereo to RCA jack or a replacement battery for a cordless phone for example — I feel like I’ve been slimed. I even get this horrible Pavlovian response just knowing I’m going to a RS — a little nausea, mixed with a sense of dread. If you know exactly what you want, you can probably find it. If you don’t, good luck. Wheelchair access: Just fine. Parking in Hoboken is very tough and there are only a few handicap spots — even on Washington St.
