I bought a 45 minute European facial through LivingSocial and it was great! She catered the products she used on my face with the problems I was having(given that it’s the middle of winter and my skin is so dry!) I really noticed the difference in how my face looked when I walked out… I was literally glowing. I would definitely recommend going to Ravinder. It’s a nice break from the corporate spas that you can encounter.

This place is TERRIBLE. Ravinder is a joke and probably doesn’t even have her license. I got the worst facial ever from her. She left the room for 20 mins when she could have been giving me a massage. I did laser hair removal through her a few years ago and it didn’t work – wasted $ 1200. She should be shut down and not allowed to practice anywhere. And as a side note she used to brag about living in Maxwell Place the whole time while doing laser. I really don’t care where she lives or how much money she gets from her boyfriends. DONOTGOHERE

Beware of the sign on the window stating it’s been voted one of the best spas! I went there for an expensive eyebrow wax and it took the woman 2 minutes to rip off the wax strips and send me on my way. I honestly thought that she wouldn’t charge me full price but she did! Horrible place.

After having just moved to the area and within a few mins walking distance to this spa, I, too, purchased a coupon and was quite hopeful based on the awards stickers they have on their storefront window. Boy, was I shocked when I walked into a cold and unfriendly greeting from Ravinder herself. She muttered a little hello and asked me right away for my coupons. I handed her my printouts and instead of having some tact and going to the back in private, she picks up the phone at the front desk right in front of me and calls to make sure my coupons are legitimate. Like, really? Unfortunately, yeah. So after about 5 mins, she hangs up and smiles at me for the first time. She tells me to wait a moment and as she walks into the massage room, I can hear her tell the masseuse(because she didn’t bother closing the door) to «only give her one. Just ONE time. Make sure its ONLYONE.» I’m not sure what exactly she was talking about, but it was obvious that she didn’t want to «waste» anything extra on me, the coupon purchaser. My 2 appts(both with coupons) were scheduled back to back, but after my massage was completed, I was told that their facial girl called in sick and so they are now double booked, etc, yada yada… and basically that they wouldn’t be able to do my facial. So I wondered, how did they pick to do the other client and not me? I’m SURE my 50% off coupon was the driving factor. Considering I took a day off to get these treatments done, I was a bit upset. Ravinder saw this in my face and instead of offering an apology, this is what came out of her unprofessional mouth: «My girl called in sick. What do you want me to do, its not my fault.» I was thinking, «are you f*cking kidding me?!» So stupid me went back 2 hours later… regretfully for a terrible European facial. It was basically some cleanser, a scrub, a lotion, like 3 or 4 extractions of blackheads, some more lotion on my upper arms & neck then done! I’m upset I paid even half price for these TERRIBLE services. BEWARE!!! STAYAWAY!!!

I had money stolen out of my walled while I was getting a massage. I had noticed that the person massaging me didn’t have both hands on me at all times and a few times I was wondering what he was doing. I guess now I know! I called the owner and she did nothing to help the situation. I will never go back and I would not recommend going here for a massage. The massages are average. I would not recommend a head massage. When he was massaging my head I felt like he was pulling my hair out. I also felt like he was just knotting my hair instead of massaging it. The head massage did not last as long as they said it would and it cost me 65.00 dollars. Terrible!

Arrived for my appointment to a pitch black spa. I called up and was told that I cancelled my appointment… really? I would like to know when that happened. Obviously if I was there, I didn’t cancel the appointment. Then I was told I would receive a call back. Never did. I had purchased a Groupon for a service here. So I stated I wanted the money back that I paid for the Groupon. I was then told that they don’t get any money from Groupon… really…you provide these services for free? Don’t even try to play that game with me. Not once was there an apology or an offer of even a 10 minute chair massage for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional.

I really wanted to like this place… And visually, I did! The décor and overall atmosphere was great. But the service was lacking. I bought a Groupon for a 30 minute microdermabrasion treatment. I was excited to try someplace new. But the 30 minute treatment was not 30 minutes. I was dressed, paid and out the door in well under 30 minutes. And while 5 minutes or so might not be much, when you’re paying for a skin service it is. The microderm itself was far too quick. Parts of my face were skipped over. She didn’t focus on the areas I asked her to. I felt like more effort was put into the pre/post skin treatment. I wondered if I was there for a facial and not the microderm. And to top it off, she wanted to sell me more… More so than most places — a laser treatment, products… She told me I had pre-aging wrinkles on my forehead. I’m 26, give me a break! Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Very nice people, bad facial. I scheduled the aromatherapy facial($ 65 but apparently $ 80 with tax) and was hoping for some relief from a migraine. Instead she only spent about ten minutes massaging my face. The rest of the time was dedicated toward my arms, hands, and feet. Normally I would enjoy this but the hand and foot massage was painful. She rubbed incorrectly so that the veins in my hands were being pushed around. Also, in what I guess was an attempt to stretch my feet by pushing both of them down, I almost Unilocaled(in a bad way) because it hurt so much! I received little in the way of a facial and a great deal of discomfort for my $ 80. I would not suggest visiting this spa as it doesn’t seem my aesthetician was properly trained.
