He said without looking at my grandfathers stuff, «This is ALL JUNK». Do you want me to throw it away?” I said «No» I getting to the full 2 Karat Wedding Ring left to my Grandpa from my Grandma and the list of high end watches such as «ROLEX, TAG, MOVADO» just to name a few. Some mine some my Grandfathers. ALL stayed in my car because this tastless idiot did not even give me a chance to go get them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE my guess is they are going out of business due to TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and the filth everywhere in the place. I sold each and every item via internet and the Cash Convertors in Elgin. AMAZING how ONE GUY can RUIN a whole operation.
