I have had some issues after sending back my hearing aids to the factory. Any and all times AnnMarie has taken care of the problems with speed and accuracy. I would recommend Sophisticated Hearing Aid, (and I have) to anyone who need hearing aids and also likes personal help immediately. Thanks for being there at all times. Jeannette Lynch

Dr. Olson («Ann Marie») was professional and yet friendly. She did not rush and was very calming. The entire time of the exam, I felt that I was visiting a friend — who knew what she was doing. Reluctantly, I made the appointment at the urging of my family and was expecting a negative diagnosis to be followed by a hard sell for some «introductory hearing aid». Diagnosis was fine and no pressure to «just try» something. I’m glad that had the exam and got to meet Ann Marie and feel that I have a new friend.
