USE THESE GUYS. I’ve had bedbugs, unfortunately, three times. THREE! The second time wasn’t cleared up properly hence the third infestation. I met with Paul, the owner, for a free consultation, that’s right, free, and he immediately put my mind at ease. He answered all my questions, and, with my status as an expert at this point, satisfied all my suspicions that this wasn’t going to be a slipshod job. Between the consultation and the date for extermination, he continued answering all my ad hoc anxious questions. He arrived as promised on the scheduled day (today) with the technician so that he could walk the the technician, Bill, through what the job entailed. They were so polite and comforting but professional and no nonsense about getting to all the places where those buggers like to hide. These guys aren’t fooling around! Use them! I am breathing easy after at least two months of bedbug nightmares. Their 30 day warranty doesn’t hurt either. I probably won’t need to but would use them again.
