I don’t know why I go back. Long line to get in. Computer system was down, so I could not use my coupon which expires later this week. Beverage bar was dirty. When meal was served, my wife ordered soup but did. not get a spoon. I went up to get one and was told to pick up one from the tray. Went to grab one, but the tray was full of food particles yuch! Floors were also covered with used straws and napkins. There appeared to be a table where they were stacking dirty dishes. In summary, restaurant was dirty. I still like Panera, but not this one.

Big parking lot, will refill your lemonade for free, kept their bathroom clean. Plus it’s a very cozy layout and not too loud. This chain is notorious for dirty tables and long lines, neither were an issue here! Delivered the food to us in less than five minutes

I have been a Panera fan for a long time. But the last few times I have visited this location has got me rethinking my choices. I picked over half of my salad out because of horrible quality. Definitely not worth $ 9. Hasn’t been the first time, but will be my last.

I was craving some soup, so I thought«eh, Panera!» I would’ve gone anywhere else but being new to Holland I had no idea that a lot of joints close early on Sundays. Quality of the food matches up with any other Panera I’ve been to. I always go for the«Try 2» deals because you get a good bang for your buck. I enjoyed the food, but my boyfriend absolutely swears that there’s better quality and cheaper brunch styles elsewhere. But I’m being honest when rate«Meh. I’ve experienced better.» First off bathroom’s didn’t have toilet seat covers, which is whatever by me because I’ll use the tp, but there was no tp. Went to the next stall… still no tp and pee puddles. Granted that’s not Panera’s fault but it definitely impacted my post-dining experience. No hot sauce, tables weren’t bused as nicely, but Customer service wasn’t bad(thought it’s not something I’m holding against them). If you love Panera, don’t let this review hold you back. But if you’re a real foodie looking for an adventure, venture somewhere else for your soups and sandwiches.

Always super impressed with their food! It’s my husband and I’s go-to take out. Friendly staff, too! Broccoli cheddar soup is by far my favorite.

Not a huge panera fan, but these folks did it right. Half Chipotle chicken panini and broccoli soup.

We tried calling in a lunch order yesterday and after being put on hold for 10 minutes a lady came on the phone and said she was«way too busy to take our order». She asked if it would be okay if we waited an hour and a half before she could get to our food, when I said no we’ll just go somewhere else she said okay. Alright fine I’m going to Jimmy Johns and our office won’t be calling in lunch orders there anymore. I would like to add that after an angry email we were offered a free lunch for our trouble.

Although the food standard is satisfactory this place always seems understaffed and we have always had a long wait before being served. On top of that the prices are rather high. That said, my wife and I do frequent our local Panera from time to time. We enjoy the fireplace in winter when it is not too packed as well as the chocolate pastries when they are available. It is strange that such a place can run out of pastries and bread.

I’ve been here a few times recently and it was Great! The food was excellent, the broccoli cheese soup is always good. The staff brought the food out quickly and the tables were clean.

Ordered Sonoma Chicken Stew, they forgot the biscuit that goes on top. Went up and informed them… never came with one. Could hear the kitchen staff bickering and the place was dirty, I won’t be back. $ 8 for a crappy bowl of soup is just not worth it.

How a panera bread always seems to be out of bread is beyond me, but every time I try to buy bread in the afternoon, a 18 year old manager tells me they are out of bread. This place is run by incompetent people. I suggest finding somewhere else to go.

First off, there was never much in Holland as far as good fast food… but over the past few years several chains have crept up the Lake Michigan shore and ended up in Holland. I hadn’t been to a Panera in quite some time, as I was burned out after living in St. Louis for six years. This location, however, was great! The food is the same as always, but still, fresh, with some healthy options, so I appreciate that. One HUGE bonus… hence the 4 stars as opposed to the three this chain probably deserves, is the fact that if you eat in, now they will DELIVER your food to your table. No more traffic jam with other people looking inside your sandwich to see if the plate just put up is theirs… no worrying about someone stealing your table while you pick up your lunch… and, when you’re done, they clean your place off so you don’t have to bus your own dishes. MUCH better than my previous Panera experiences, where you had to wait for your food, sit at a dirty table, and bus your own dishes.
