This location overall is great. The service is awesome even when they get backed up which happens often with it being the only drive thru starbucks in Holland. The only down fall is the size. It is very small inside and fills up very quickly, not ideal for a place to sit relax and drink coffee.

Slowest Starbucks EVER. I’ve tried to give them a second, third, and now a fourth chance… It takes a minimum of 15 minutes to get through the drive thru line. Come on guys… Let’s do a little better.

I really love the staff at this Starbucks location, most of them are so friendly. I will drive out of my way because the service is just better than the one closer to my home. I almost always go through the drive thru even though everyone complains that it is too long it doesn’t take them long at all to get everyone taken care of. It’s kind of true that they focus more on the drive thru but when the line is wrapped around the building, who can blame them? Overall I have always had a good experience here!

Very friendly staff, and quick service. This location is TINY though! Definitely not someplace to relax, more a place to hit the drive thru, or for faster service, walk inside real quick, since the line for the drive thru is usually so long (lazy people not willing to walk inside! STill, nice to have the convenience of a drive thru).
For the small space they still had a nice selection of pastries and cold food/sandwiches as usual. Also a nice display of gifts and coffees for purchase. There are also a couple outdoor tables for a nice day to sit outside.

Very clean but staff needs to be professional. Rude to talk about previous customer calling them stupid! I was only remaining customer on different day and took 12 minutes to get my grande white mocha. All attention on drive thru. Not quite right. Called corporate. Thanks for gift card. Visit Grand Haven or Muskegon instead.

Nice Starbucks with a clean bathroom. Was road-tripping from Chicago to Michigan and needed a bathroom break. There’s a gas station nearby that the husband stopped at, but I’m a little too much of a princess to use a gas station bathroom. There was no line when I walked up, so getting my drink was quick. I would have loved to use the drive through (we need more drive through Starbucks in California!), but needing a bathroom break kind of nixed that idea.
