This is a 2 part review. First half being this particular location. It is open 24 hours so I’m a TH fan for offering that service :), Everyday I get a ice coffee AND a ice cap as I need my caffeine fix. Locally you have McDonalds, BK, Wendy’s ice coffee’s and they all taste like mop water… Starbucks is just a traffic light away but face it, OVERPRICED, in my opinion and I don’t even bother going. Dunkin’s are starting to pop up around here but not near me yet. Tim’s is the only place I have had great ice coffee from. Very rarely does it get mixed wrong as I have my particular sugar/cream mix request. There seems to be a huge turn over rate at this location which I guess comes with the industry, but it doesn’t seem to affect my view on service. My only complaint… Corporate, I can not understand the«rewards» program that is only offered on hot coffee items, buy so many, get a free one… but not specialty items like what I purchase that cost more… Anyone can make a regular cup of coffee at home… I contacted corporate and asked about this program the response was it would be taken into consideration. Yeah ok lol.

Ugh. only a second star because the employee was nice. Ordered a 40 pack of timbits here today and took a bite of one when I got home.disgusting. looked and tasted completely raw on the inside. Won’t be back.

I go there most every day. They normally have fast friendly drive through service(but it’s hard to be fast when people are picking out a dozen donuts individually via drive through). They’ve only occasionally gotten my order wrong. Suggestion — Take a sip before driving away.

Thank you for the consistent hot brown water. I wish I had the $ 40+ back I’ve wasted here but sometimes I don’t want to spend $ 5 on SBux or they’re just not open. You get what you pay for, but then again you can get hot water at home.

This is the worst Tim Hortons. They never give you a napkin when you go through the drive thru. The coffee usually tastes like it’s old and the bagels never appear to be toasted enough. I should also mention that the staff is rude.

I finally got to try Tim Horton’s! Is this basically like a Canadian Dunkin’ Donuts? All doughnuts are welcome in my life. Service was fine. The strawberry vanilla and Boston cream I tried were both good — sort of on par with DD. Desperate for a doughnut? Eat one here. Looking for a doughnut revelation? Get in line somewhere small and local. Still, I’ve kind of been obsessed with trying this place for a while, so I’m glad it happened. Next up on my list: Waffle House!

Im not sure if this was a training location or what, but it took a good 10 minutes for us to get our oatmeal, donut, and yogurt parfaits. Everything about the staff seemed discombobulated and very unsure of what was going on. Poor customer service, disfunctional system of delivery(in terms of them giving customers their food), and zero apologies. My dad asked if the yogurt came with granola… the initial response was«yes». Then, 5 mins later, it was, «sorry, granola only comes on our oatmeal.» My mom asked if we could purchase granola separately, and the manager finally informs us that they don’t carry granola. We had to pick up our oatmeal at one end of the counter, but they tried to hand me my donut where we originally cashed out… a couple minutes AFTER we paid and had already walked down to the end of the counter. The fruit in the yogurt looked old but tasted alright. This place really rubbed me the wrong way. Sad too, because I really love Tim Horton’s.
