My smoke detectors were randomly going off for no apparent reason and it was driving my dog up the wall! I called the HOA and they dispatched Bowman’s First Trust who manages the fire alarm system in my community. Within minutes, I got a call back from the owner, Joe, to set an appointment (awesome!). He and Zack were able to come out the same day (even more awesome!) all the way from Hollister! They were friendly, professional, and super helpful in explaining what was happening, how to fix it, and how to reach them if it happens again. They even tolerated my yappy little yorkie trying to climb up the ladder with them LOL! I couldn’t be happier with their service!
